Retroclaim Functionality Adjusment

Due to further adjustment of retroclaim validation practices among certain partner airlines, online retroclaim function in the member portal will undergo a phased adjustment.

1. Adjustment to Member Portal Retroclaim Function
With effect from April 8, 2026, online retroclaim service in the member portal will temporarily suspend acceptance of retroclaims for Air France (AF), KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL), and China Eastern Airlines (MU) flights. Members who wish to submit a retroclaim are required to prepare boarding passes and e-ticket receipts for flights departed within the past six months and submit their requests through our branch offices worldwide. The resume of online service will be announced separately.

2. Adjustment to Retroclaims for Flights Taken Prior to Enrollment
For retroclaims related to flights taken prior to your enrollment, acceptance will be limited to China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines self-operated flights only; flights operated by other partner airlines will be terminated shortly. Please make sure to enter your membership number upon booking or check-in.
