- If you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to change your itinerary, please contact the original issuing travel agency for reissuance.
- Effective from April 23, 2025, if you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to reissue at our ticketing counter, customer service center or airport, in addition to the original ticket change fee and fare/tax differences, an additional Reissue Service Charge TWD 2000 or equivalent USD 60 will be collected per ticket. (The charge is non-discountable and non-refundable.)
- Please confirm that your ticket matches the confirmed reservation before departure to avoid going to the airport counter without a confirmed booking, which may incur this fee.

Chargeable seats and Pre-paid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. Group / Free/ Reduced fare Tickets Free and Reduced fare tickets do not apply to the principles above, e.g. ID/AD/DM...etc. For group tickets, please contact your travel agency.

Bắt đầu từ ngày 1 tháng 3 năm 2025, hành khách khởi hành từ Sân bay Incheon phải tuân thủ các quy định mới sau đây khi mang theo sạc dự phòng:
các cổng sạc dự phòng phải được bọc bằng băng cách điện hoặc vỏ bảo vệ hoặc được đặt trong túi khóa kéo trong suốt hoặc túi bảo vệ và mang theo người hoặc bỏ vào túi ghế phía trước. -
Kể từ ngày 1 tháng 3 năm 2025, không được sử dụng hoặc sạc pin dự phòng và pin lithium dự trữ trong suốt chuyến bay. 26 Thg2, 2025Vì lý do an toàn của chuyến bay, bạn không được để sạc dự phòng và pin lithium dự phòng trong hành lý ký gửi và phải đóng gói cẩn thận trong hành lý xách tay. Không được sử dụng hoặc sạc pin dự phòng và pin lithium dự phòng trong suốt chuyến bay. Ngoài ra, bạn không nên cất sạc dự phòng trong các ngăn chứa đồ trên đầu trên máy bay.

Có hiệu lực từ ngày xuất vé là ngày 5 tháng 3 năm 2025, công ty chúng tôi (CI/AE) sẽ điều chỉnh quy định về giá vé cho trẻ em không có người đi kèm trên các tuyến bay quốc tế như sau:
- Giá vé áp dụng: Ngoại trừ RBD L, Trẻ em không có người đi kèm có thể xuất vé giá trẻ em; trẻ em đi cùng người lớn ở các khoang khác nhau cũng áp dụng cùng quy tắc và áp dụng nâng hạng dặm khi xác nhận đặt chỗ (RBD-I/P) và vé thưởng (RBD-O/Z/X).
- Phí dịch vụ UM: Ngoài vé trẻ em, vui lòng liên hệ với công ty chúng tôi ít nhất 72 giờ trước giờ khởi hành chuyến bay (trừ ngày lễ) để đăng ký và thanh toán phí dịch vụ trẻ em không có người đi kèm theo tuyến đường và khoang hành khách.
Chuyến bay ngắn (Bao gồm Úc đến/từ New Zealand) Chuyến bay dài Hạng Phổ Thông 300 USD (10.000 TWD / 450 CAD) 700 USD (23.500 TWD / 1.025 CAD) Hạng Phổ Thông Cao Cấp 350 USD (12.000 TWD / 525 CAD) 1.000 USD (33.000 TWD / 1.475 CAD) Hạng Thương Gia 400 USD (13.500 TWD / 600 CAD) 1.700 USD (56.500 TWD / 2.500 CAD) - Nếu lộ trình của hành khách bao gồm quá cảnh tại Đài Bắc thì sẽ chỉ tính một khoản phí dịch vụ trẻ em không có người đi kèm. Tuy nhiên, nếu có điểm dừng tại Đài Bắc, phí dịch vụ sẽ được tính riêng cho từng chặng.
- Hành khách nâng hạng dặm bay cần phải trả phí dịch vụ trẻ em không có người đi kèm theo khoang hành khách thực tế.
- Nếu dịch vụ trẻ em không có người đi kèm bị hủy trước khi chuyến bay khởi hành, phí dịch vụ sẽ được hoàn lại đầy đủ. Nếu bị hủy sau khi chuyến bay khởi hành, sẽ tính phí xử lý 10% để hoàn lại phí dịch vụ này. (Lưu ý: Việc hoàn tiền vé của hành khách vẫn sẽ được xử lý theo quy định về vé)
- Khi hành khách thay đổi ngày đi hoặc chuyến bay, phải thanh toán phí dịch vụ trẻ em không có người đi kèm cho lộ trình mới và phí dịch vụ cho lộ trình ban đầu sẽ được hoàn lại đầy đủ.
