New Membership System Upgrade and some Temporary Service Suspension

To provide you with more stable, smooth, and comprehensive membership services, our company will be conducting a phased upgrade of the new membership system from November 20 to November 27, 2025.
The new membership system will officially go live at 12:00 PM on November 27. A brand-new experience awaits—stay tuned!
During the upgrade period, some functions will be temporarily unavailable. Please take note of the following schedule:

| Phase 2 | Nov 22 (Sat) 08:00 – Nov 26 (Wed) 22:59 | The following services are temporarily unavailable: updating personal profiles (Taiwan ID/Names/Date of Birth); mileage corrections (including CI/AE-operated international flights, SkyTeam member airlines, and codeshare flights); membership card reissuance; student or working holiday verification applications; In-flight Volunteer Doctor Recruitment (TWN restricted)
