  • Handling guideline for CI61/CI62 flight cancellation caused by German Trade Union Verdi Strike 2025年 03月 08日
     
    ApplicationCI/AE Flight cancellation
    EligibilityPassengers holding CI/AE valid tickets (Change regulations are applicable to Dynasty Flyer Program Award Ticket).
    Changea. Within ticket validity, the fare/tax/booking service charge differences and reissue charge, including reissue service charge, shall be waived once provided that booking class/Carrier/Routing (City) remains unchanged. Flights operated by CI/AE shall not be rebooked to codeshare flights or other airlines flights. Ticket issued on CI website please contact the branch office or Call Center to change the booking.
    b. Within ticket validity, if the above item is not applicable, the difference of fare/tax caused by the change of the booking class/itinerary should be paid by the passenger. The booking service charge difference and reissue charge, including the reissue service charge, shall be waived once. 
    Refunda. For totally unused tickets: Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty.
    b. For partially used tickets: Refund charge can be waived.
    c. Chargeable seats and Prepaid excess baggage can be fully refunded.
    d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website.
    Group / Discount TicketsDiscount tickets do not apply to the principles above. For group tickets, please contact your travel agency.

  • Handling guideline for cancellation or schedule change over 3 hours of CI/AE operated flights to/from Brisbane affected by Tropical Cyclone Alfred 2025年 03月 04日
     
    ApplicationCI/AE Flight cancellation, delay or advance over 3 hours
    EligibilityPassengers holding CI/AE valid tickets issued on/before 04MAR25 with confirmed bookings on affected flights, must submit applications on/before 05JUN25 (Change regulations are applicable to Dynasty Flyer Program Award Ticket).
    Changea. Within ticket validity, the fare/tax/booking service charge differences and reissue charge, including reissue service charge, shall be waived once provided that booking class/Carrier/Routing (Airport) remains unchanged and the new flight date is within 14 days prior to/after the affected flight. Flights operated by CI/AE shall not be rebooked to codeshare flights or other airlines flights. Ticket issued on CI website please contact the branch office or Call Center to change the booking.

  • 仁川空港におけるモバイルバッテリーの携帯に関する新規則 2025年 02月 27日
    2025年3月1日から、仁川空港を出発するすべての旅客は、モバイルバッテリーを携帯する際に、
    モバイルバッテリーの出入力ポートを絶縁テープで覆う、保護カバーを装着する、ジッパーの付いた透明なポリ袋に入れる、または保護用ポーチに収納することが義務付けられます。モバイルバッテリーは必ず手荷物として持ち運ぶか、座席の前のポケットに収納してください。
    　
    　
  • 再発券手数料の変更 2025年 02月 27日
    1. 旅行代理店が発券した航空券をお持ちのお客様が旅程の変更を希望される場合は、航空券の発券元の旅行代理店にご連絡のうえ、再発券をご依頼ください。
    2. 2025年3月3日以降、旅行代理店が発券した航空券をお持ちのお客様が当社の発券カウンター、カスタマーサービス、空港で再発券を希望される場合、元の航空券の変更手数料と運賃/税金の差額に加え、航空券1枚につきTWD3,000またはUSD100相当額の再発券手数料を申し受けます。（手数料の割引き、返金はいたしません）。
    3. この手数料が空港カウンターで発生することのないよう、ご出発の前にお手持ちの航空券と確定済みのご予約が一致していることを確認いただくことをお勧めします。
  • 2025年3月1日から、フライト中にモバイルバッテリーや予備のリチウム電池を使用したり充電したりすることは禁止されています。 2025年 02月 26日
    安全上の理由により、モバイルバッテリーおよび予備のリチウム電池を受託手荷物としてお預けになることはできません。必ず適切に梱包し、機内持込手荷物としてお持ちください。また、飛行中にモバイルバッテリーや予備のリチウム電池を使用することや充電することは禁止されています。さらに、機内でモバイルバッテリーを収納する場所として、頭上の収納棚は避けることを推奨します。
    　
    　
  • 同伴者なしの未成年者に関する料金規則の改定 2025年 02月 26日
    2025年3月5日発券分より、当社（チャイナ エアライン/マンダリン航空では、同伴者なしで国際線に搭乗される未成年者の運賃規則を以下のとおり改定いたします。
    1. 適用運賃：同伴者なしの未成年者は、予約クラスL以外の子供運賃で発行された航空券をご利用いただけます。未成年者が大人と異なるクラスに搭乗する場合も、同じ規則が適用されます。マイレージによるアップグレードが確定済みのご予約（予約クラス：I/P）および特典航空券（予約クラス：O/Z/X）にも同じルールが適用されます。
    2. 同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの手数料：お子様の航空券とは別に、フライト出発の72時間前まで（休日を除く）に当社にご連絡いただき、路線およびご搭乗クラスに応じた同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの手数料をお支払いください。

      短距離線（オーストラリア－ニュージーランド間を含む）長距離線
      エコノミークラス300米ドル（10,000台湾ドル/450カナダドル）700米ドル（23,500台湾ドル/1,025カナダドル）
      プレミアムエコノミークラス350米ドル（12,000台湾ドル/525カナダドル）1,000米ドル（33,000台湾ドル/1,475カナダドル）
      ビジネスクラス400米ドル（13,500台湾ドル/600カナダドル）1,700米ドル（56,500台湾ドル/2,500カナダドル）


    3. 台北での乗り継ぎが含まれる場合、同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの料金は1回分のみ請求されます。ただし、台北で途中降機をする場合、各区間に対してサービス手数料が請求されます。
    4. マイレージによるアップグレードをご利用のお客様は、実際に搭乗されるクラスに基づいて同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの手数料をお支払いいただく必要があります。
    5. 同伴者なしの未成年者サービスの取り消しをフライト出発前にご連絡いただいた場合、サービス手数料全額を払い戻しいたします。フライト出発後に取り消しのご連絡をいただいた場合は、10%の取扱手数料を差し引いた金額を払い戻しいたします。（注意事項：航空券の払い戻しは、航空券のルールに従って取り扱われます）
    6. 搭乗日やフライトの変更を行う場合、新しい旅程に対して同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの手数料を再度お支払いいただく必要があります。その際、変更前の旅程に対する同伴者なしの未成年者向けサービスの手数料は全額返金いたします。

    チャイナエアラインでは、「燃油特別付加運賃（燃油サーチャージ）」及び「航空保険特別料金」を航空券発券時に申し受けております。
    2025年2月1日から2025年3月31日までの発券分は、下記のとおりとなります。

  • Travel reminder for CNY 2025年 01月 10日
    Due to the large number of passengers flying during the Lunar New Year Holidays, we kindly remind you to go to the airport earlier for your check-in process. To shorten your waiting time, kindly note the following points:
    1. Web Check-in
      Before heading to the airport, you may use Online Check-In via China Airlines' website or APP 48 hours prior to the flight departure time (24 hours for flights leaving for the United States or Guam). You also may reserve your "Auto Check-In" service in advance to make your trip more relaxing. For more details please refer to China Airlines Online Check-In information.
    2. Immigration regulation
      Before heading to the airport, please well-prepare the required entry documents for each region/country's immigration regulations and complete the registration such as applications download or online customs pre-clearance procedures.
    3. Rules of dangerous goods
      Clearly acknowledged the transport rules of dangerous goods (e.g. lighters, lithium batteries, mobile power, etc.) to avoid for possible baggage recheck-in.
    4. Check-in counter operation time
      Counter check-in service closing time will be 60 minutes before flight departure.
