Within ticket validity, if the above item is not applicable, the difference of fare/tax caused by the change of the booking class/itinerary should be paid by the passenger. For totally unused tickets: Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty. b. For partially used tickets: Refund charge can be waived. c. Chargeable seats and Pre-paid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. A partire dal 1° marzo 2025, i passeggeri in partenza dall'aeroporto di Incheon devono rispettare le seguenti nuove normative per il trasporto di power bank:
le porte dei power bank devono essere coperte con nastro isolante o coperture protettive, oppure riposti in borse trasparenti con chiusura a cerniera o in custodie protettive e portati con sé oppure posizionati nella tasca del sedile davanti. -
- Se hai un biglietto emesso da un'agenzia di viaggio e desideri modificare l'itinerario, contatta l'agenzia di viaggio che l’ha emesso originariamente per la riemissione.
- Con effetto dalle date di riemissione a partire dal 3 marzo 2025 incluso, se hai un biglietto emesso da un'agenzia di viaggio e desideri farlo riemettere presso il nostro banco biglietterie, il centro di assistenza clienti o in aeroporto, oltre alla tariffa originale per la modifica del biglietto e alle differenze tariffarie/fiscali, sarà applicato un costo aggiuntivo per il servizio di riemissione pari a 3000 TWD o l'importo equivalente di 100 USD a biglietto. (La tariffa non è scontabile o rimborsabile).
- Si consiglia di confermare che il biglietto corrisponda alla prenotazione confermata prima della partenza ed evitare di recarsi al banco dell'aeroporto senza una prenotazione confermata così da non dover pagare questa quota.

A partire dal 1° marzo 2025, le power bank e le batterie al litio di riserva non potranno essere utilizzate o ricaricate durante il volo. 26 feb, 2025Per la sicurezza dei voli, i power bank e le batterie al litio di riserva non devono essere collocati nel bagaglio sottoposto a check-in e devono essere riposti adeguatamente nel bagaglio a mano. I power bank e le batterie al litio di ricambio non devono essere utilizzati o ricaricati durante il volo. Si consiglia inoltre di non riporre i power bank nelle cappelliere a bordo.

A partire dalla data di emissione del biglietto del 5 marzo 2025, la nostra azienda (CI/AE) adeguerà le normative tariffarie per i minori non accompagnati sulle rotte internazionali come segue:
- Tariffe applicabili: ad esclusione di RBD L, i minori non accompagnati possono usufruire di un biglietto per bambini; anche per i minori che viaggiano con adulti in classi diverse si applica la stessa regola e il passaggio di classe tramite miglia con conferma della prenotazione (RBD-I/P) e biglietto premio (RBD-O/Z/X).
- Commissione di servizio per minori non accompagnati (UM): in relazione ai biglietti per bambini, si prega di contattare la nostra azienda almeno 72 ore prima della partenza del volo (esclusi i giorni festivi) per richiedere e pagare il costo del servizio per i minori non accompagnati in base alla destinazione e alla classe.
Trasporto a breve raggio (inclusa tratta Australia verso/da Nuova Zelanda) Lungo raggio Economy Class USD 300 (TWD 10.000/CAD 450) USD 700 (TWD 23.500/CAD 1.025) Classe Premium Economy USD 350 (TWD 12.000/CAD 525) USD 1.000 (TWD 33.000/CAD 1.475) Classe Business USD 400 (TWD 13.500/CAD 600) USD 1.700 (TWD 56.500/CAD 2.500) - Se l'itinerario del passeggero include un trasferimento a Taipei, verrà addebitato solo il costo per il servizio riferito a un minore non accompagnato. Tuttavia, in caso di sosta a Taipei, il costo del servizio verrà addebitato separatamente per ogni segmento.
- I passeggeri che usufruiscono del passaggio di classe tramite miglia devono pagare la tariffa per il servizio minore non accompagnato in base alla classe di riferimento.
- Se il servizio minore non accompagnato viene annullato prima della partenza del volo, il costo del servizio sarà interamente rimborsato. In caso di annullamento dopo la partenza del volo, verrà addebitata una commissione di gestione del 10% per il rimborso di questa commissione di servizio. (Nota: il rimborso del biglietto del passeggero sarà elaborato comunque in base alle regole del biglietto stesso).
- Se i passeggeri cambiano la data di viaggio o il volo, è necessario pagare il costo del servizio minore non accompagnato per il nuovo itinerario e il costo del servizio per l'itinerario originale sarà interamente rimborsato.
