- If you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to change your itinerary, please contact the original issuing travel agency for reissuance.
- Effective from April 23, 2025, if you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to reissue at our ticketing counter, customer service center or airport, in addition to the original ticket change fee and fare/tax differences, an additional Reissue Service Charge TWD 2000 or equivalent USD 60 will be collected per ticket. (The charge is non-discountable and non-refundable.)
- Please confirm that your ticket matches the confirmed reservation before departure to avoid going to the airport counter without a confirmed booking, which may incur this fee.

For totally unused tickets: Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty. b. For partially used tickets: Refund charge can be waived. c. Chargeable seats and Pre-paid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. Mulai 1 Maret 2025, penumpang yang membawa power bank dan berangkat dari Bandara Incheon harus mematuhi aturan baru berikut ini:
Port power bank harus ditutup dengan isolasi atau pelindung, atau disimpan dalam kantong zip-lock transparan atau kantong pelindung, dan harus dibawa sendiri atau disimpan di kantong kursi depan. -
Mulai 1 Maret 2025, power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh digunakan atau diisi daya selama penerbangan. 26 Feb, 2025Demi keselamatan penerbangan, power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh dimasukkan ke dalam bagasi tercatat dan harus dikemas dengan baik dalam bagasi kabin. Power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh digunakan atau diisi daya selama penerbangan. Selain itu, disarankan untuk tidak menyimpan power bank di kompartemen atas di dalam pesawat.

Berlaku sejak 5 Maret 2025 (tanggal penerbitan tiket), perusahaan kami (CI/AE) akan memperbarui ketentuan tarif untuk penumpang anak tanpa pendamping pada rute internasional sebagai berikut:
- Tarif yang Berlaku: Penumpang anak tanpa pendamping dapat memesan tiket dengan tarif anak (kecuali RBD L); aturan yang sama berlaku bagi anak di bawah umur yang bepergian dengan orang dewasa di kabin berbeda, serta untuk peningkatan kelas menggunakan mileage dengan pemesanan terkonfirmasi (RBD-I/P) dan tiket award (RBD-O/Z/X).
- Biaya Layanan Penumpang Anak Tanpa Pendamping: Selain tiket anak, mohon hubungi perusahaan kami paling lambat 72 jam sebelum keberangkatan penerbangan (hari libur tidak termasuk) untuk mengajukan permohonan dan membayar biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping berdasarkan rute dan kelas kabin.
Jarak Pendek (Termasuk Australia ke/dari Selandia Baru) Jarak Jauh Kelas Ekonomi 300 USD (10.000 TWD/450 CAD) 700 USD (23.500 TWD/1.025 CAD) Kelas Ekonomi Premium 350 USD (12.000 TWD/525 CAD) 1.000 USD (33.000 TWD/1.475 CAD) Kelas Bisnis 400 USD (13.500 TWD/600 CAD) 1.700 USD (56.500 TWD/2.500 CAD) - Jika rencana perjalanan penumpang mencakup transit di Taipei, hanya satu biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping yang akan dikenakan. Namun, jika ada stopover di Taipei, biaya layanan akan dibebankan secara terpisah untuk setiap segmen.
- Penumpang yang mendapatkan peningkatan kelas melalui mileage harus membayar biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping sesuai dengan kabin yang ditempati.
- Jika layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping dibatalkan sebelum keberangkatan penerbangan, biaya layanan akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya. Jika dibatalkan setelah keberangkatan penerbangan, biaya administrasi 10% akan dikenakan untuk pengembalian dana layanan ini. (Catatan: Pengembalian dana tiket penumpang tetap akan diproses sesuai dengan aturan tiket)
- Apabila penumpang melakukan perubahan tanggal perjalanan atau penerbangan, maka biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping untuk rencana perjalanan yang baru harus dibayar, dan biaya layanan dari perjalanan sebelumnya akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya.
