Handling guideline for CI61/CI62 flight cancellation caused by German Trade Union Verdi Strike 8 Mar, 2025
Application CI/AE Flight cancellation Eligibility Passengers holding CI/AE valid tickets (Change regulations are applicable to Dynasty Flyer Program Award Ticket). Change a. Within ticket validity, the fare/tax/booking service charge differences and reissue charge, including reissue service charge, shall be waived once provided that booking class/Carrier/Routing (City) remains unchanged. Flights operated by CI/AE shall not be rebooked to codeshare flights or other airlines flights. Ticket issued on CI website please contact the branch office or Call Center to change the booking. b. Within ticket validity, if the above item is not applicable, the difference of fare/tax caused by the change of the booking class/itinerary should be paid by the passenger. The booking service charge difference and reissue charge, including the reissue service charge, shall be waived once. Refund a. For totally unused tickets: Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty. b. For partially used tickets: Refund charge can be waived. c. Chargeable seats and Prepaid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. Application CI/AE Flight cancellation, delay or advance over 3 hours Eligibility Passengers holding CI/AE valid tickets issued on/before 04MAR25 with confirmed bookings on affected flights, must submit applications on/before 05JUN25 (Change regulations are applicable to Dynasty Flyer Program Award Ticket). Change a. Within ticket validity, the fare/tax/booking service charge differences and reissue charge, including reissue service charge, shall be waived once provided that booking class/Carrier/Routing (Airport) remains unchanged and the new flight date is within 14 days prior to/after the affected flight. Flights operated by CI/AE shall not be rebooked to codeshare flights or other airlines flights. Ticket issued on CI website please contact the branch office or Call Center to change the booking. b. Within ticket validity, if the above item is not applicable, the difference of fare/tax caused by the change of the booking class/itinerary should be paid by the passenger. Mulai 1 Maret 2025, penumpang yang membawa power bank dan berangkat dari Bandara Incheon harus mematuhi aturan baru berikut ini:
Port power bank harus ditutup dengan isolasi atau pelindung, atau disimpan dalam kantong zip-lock transparan atau kantong pelindung, dan harus dibawa sendiri atau disimpan di kantong kursi depan. -
- Jika Anda memiliki tiket yang diterbitkan oleh agen perjalanan dan ingin mengubah rencana perjalanan Anda, silakan hubungi agen perjalanan penerbit tiket asli untuk penerbitan ulang.
- Berlaku untuk tanggal penerbitan ulang pada/setelah 03 Maret 2025, jika Anda memiliki tiket yang diterbitkan oleh agen perjalanan dan ingin menerbitkannya kembali di loket tiket, pusat layanan pelanggan, atau bandara, selain biaya perubahan tiket asli dan perbedaan tarif/pajak, Biaya Layanan Penerbitan Ulang tambahan adalah 3.000 TWD atau setara dengan 100 USD per tiket. (Biaya tersebut tidak dapat didiskon dan tidak dapat dikembalikan.)
- Sebaiknya konfirmasi bahwa tiket Anda sesuai dengan reservasi yang dikonfirmasi sebelum keberangkatan dan hindari pergi ke konter bandara tanpa adanya pemesanan yang terkonfirmasi untuk mencegah timbulnya biaya ini.

Mulai 1 Maret 2025, power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh digunakan atau diisi daya selama penerbangan. 26 Feb, 2025Demi keselamatan penerbangan, power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh dimasukkan ke dalam bagasi tercatat dan harus dikemas dengan baik dalam bagasi kabin. Power bank dan baterai litium cadangan tidak boleh digunakan atau diisi daya selama penerbangan. Selain itu, disarankan untuk tidak menyimpan power bank di kompartemen atas di dalam pesawat.

Berlaku sejak 5 Maret 2025 (tanggal penerbitan tiket), perusahaan kami (CI/AE) akan memperbarui ketentuan tarif untuk penumpang anak tanpa pendamping pada rute internasional sebagai berikut:
- Tarif yang Berlaku: Penumpang anak tanpa pendamping dapat memesan tiket dengan tarif anak (kecuali RBD L); aturan yang sama berlaku bagi anak di bawah umur yang bepergian dengan orang dewasa di kabin berbeda, serta untuk peningkatan kelas menggunakan mileage dengan pemesanan terkonfirmasi (RBD-I/P) dan tiket award (RBD-O/Z/X).
- Biaya Layanan Penumpang Anak Tanpa Pendamping: Selain tiket anak, mohon hubungi perusahaan kami paling lambat 72 jam sebelum keberangkatan penerbangan (hari libur tidak termasuk) untuk mengajukan permohonan dan membayar biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping berdasarkan rute dan kelas kabin.
Jarak Pendek (Termasuk Australia ke/dari Selandia Baru) Jarak Jauh Kelas Ekonomi 300 USD (10.000 TWD/450 CAD) 700 USD (23.500 TWD/1.025 CAD) Kelas Ekonomi Premium 350 USD (12.000 TWD/525 CAD) 1.000 USD (33.000 TWD/1.475 CAD) Kelas Bisnis 400 USD (13.500 TWD/600 CAD) 1.700 USD (56.500 TWD/2.500 CAD) - Jika rencana perjalanan penumpang mencakup transit di Taipei, hanya satu biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping yang akan dikenakan. Namun, jika ada stopover di Taipei, biaya layanan akan dibebankan secara terpisah untuk setiap segmen.
- Penumpang yang mendapatkan peningkatan kelas melalui mileage harus membayar biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping sesuai dengan kabin yang ditempati.
- Jika layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping dibatalkan sebelum keberangkatan penerbangan, biaya layanan akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya. Jika dibatalkan setelah keberangkatan penerbangan, biaya administrasi 10% akan dikenakan untuk pengembalian dana layanan ini. (Catatan: Pengembalian dana tiket penumpang tetap akan diproses sesuai dengan aturan tiket)
- Apabila penumpang melakukan perubahan tanggal perjalanan atau penerbangan, maka biaya layanan penumpang anak tanpa pendamping untuk rencana perjalanan yang baru harus dibayar, dan biaya layanan dari perjalanan sebelumnya akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya.

Before heading to the airport, you may use Online Check-In via China Airlines' website or APP 48 hours prior to the flight departure time (24 hours for flights leaving for the United States or Guam). Before heading to the airport, please well-prepare the required entry documents for each region/country's immigration regulations and complete the registration such as applications download or online customs pre-clearance procedures. - Rules of dangerous goods
Clearly acknowledged the transport rules of dangerous goods (e.g. lighters, lithium batteries, mobile power, etc.) to avoid for possible baggage recheck-in. - Check-in counter operation time
Counter check-in service closing time will be 60 minutes before flight departure.
