- If you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to change your itinerary, please contact the original issuing travel agency for reissuance.
- Effective from April 23, 2025, if you have a ticket issued by a travel agency and wish to reissue at our ticketing counter, customer service center or airport, in addition to the original ticket change fee and fare/tax differences, an additional Reissue Service Charge TWD 2000 or equivalent USD 60 will be collected per ticket. (The charge is non-discountable and non-refundable.)
- Please confirm that your ticket matches the confirmed reservation before departure to avoid going to the airport counter without a confirmed booking, which may incur this fee.

For totally unused tickets: Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty. b. For partially used tickets: Refund charge can be waived. c. Chargeable seats and Pre-paid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. Ab dem 1. März 2025 gelten für Passagiere, die ab Flughafen Incheon abfliegen, folgende neue Vorschriften für den Transport von Powerbanks:
Die Anschlüsse von Powerbanks sollten entweder mit Isolierband oder Schutzabdeckungen versehen werden oder die Powerbanks sollten in transparenten Druckverschlussbeuteln oder Schutztaschen am Körper getragen oder in der Sitztasche des Vordersitzes verstaut werden. -
Ab dem 1. März 2025 dürfen Powerbanks und Lithium-Ersatzakkus während des Fluges weder verwendet noch aufgeladen werden. 26 Feb, 2025Aus Gründen der Flugsicherheit dürfen Powerbanks und Lithium-Ersatzakkus nicht in Ihr Abfertigungsgepäck gelegt und sollten ordnungsgemäß im Handgepäck verpackt werden. Powerbanks und Lithium-Ersatzakkus dürfen während des Fluges nicht verwendet oder aufgeladen werden. Darüber hinaus wird empfohlen, keine Powerbanks in den über den Sitzen angebrachten Ablagen an Bord zu verstauen.

Mit Wirkung zum Ticketausstellungsdatum 5. März 2025 wird unser Unternehmen (CI/AE) die Tarifbestimmungen für alleinreisende Minderjährige auf internationalen Routen wie folgt anpassen:
- Geltende Tarife: Mit Ausnahme von RBD L können für alleinreisende Minderjährige Kindertickets ausgestellt werden. Dies gilt auch für Minderjährige, die in Begleitung von Erwachsenen, aber in einer anderen Kabine als diese reisen. Meilenupgrades können über die Buchungsbestätigung (RBD-I/P) und mittels Prämientickets (RBD-O/Z/X) angewandt werden.
- Servicegebühr für alleinreisende Minderjährige: Neben den Kindertickets fällt eine Servicegebühr für alleinreisende Minderjährige an, deren Höhe sich nach der Route und der Kabine richtet. Bitte wenden Sie sich mindestens 72 Stunden vor dem Abflug (außer an Feiertagen) an unser Unternehmen, um diese zu entrichten.
Kurzstrecke (einschließlich Australien nach/ab Neuseeland) Langstrecke Economy Class 300 USD (10.000 TWD/450 CAD) 700 USD (23.500 TWD/1.025 CAD) Premium Economy Class 350 USD (12.000 TWD/525 CAD) 1.000 USD (33.000 TWD/1.475 CAD) Business Class 400 USD (13.500 TWD/600 CAD) 1.700 USD (56.500 TWD/2.500 CAD) - Wenn die Reiseroute des Passagiers einen Zwischenstopp in Taipei enthält, wird die Servicegebühr für alleinreisende Minderjährige nur einmalig erhoben. Wenn es jedoch einen Zwischenstopp in Taipei gibt, wird die Servicegebühr für jedes Segment separat berechnet.
- Passagiere, die von einem Meilenupgrade Gebrauch machen, müssen die Servicegebühr für alleinreisende Minderjährige entsprechend der tatsächlichen Kabine entrichten.
- Wenn der Service für alleinreisende Minderjährige vor dem Abflug storniert wird, wird die Servicegebühr vollständig erstattet. Bei Stornierung nach dem Abflug wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10 % für die Erstattung dieser Servicegebühr erhoben. (Hinweis: Die Rückerstattung für das Ticket des Passagiers wird weiterhin gemäß den Ticketregeln bearbeitet.)
- Wenn Passagiere ihr Reisedatum oder ihren Flug ändern, muss die Servicegebühr für alleinreisende Minderjährige für die neue Reiseroute entrichtet werden. Die Servicegebühr für die ursprüngliche Reiseroute wird vollständig erstattet.
