To ensure a safer and more convenient experience when using the Member portal on China Airlines website and related services, and to enhance the security and management of member's account, please take note of the following important notice.

1. When logging into the Member account (via app or website), all members must use their own personal email address and mobile number. Duplicating email addresses or mobile numbers among members is not allowed, as it may affect account identification and login verification. In case of duplication, please log in to the Dynasty Member Portal on the official website and update your personal information as soon as possible.
2. Members aged over 2 and under 18 may share a mobile number and email address with their guardian.
3. To protect your membership rights, please ensure that your password and any personal information are kept secure. Do not share your account details with others. If you use a shared or public computer, remember to close the browser window to prevent others from accessing your personal data or messages.
