Going from Strength to Strength - China Airlines Recognized as a Best Company to Work for in Asia for Third Straight Year in 2025

The results of the 2025 HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia have been announced. China Airlines (CAL), a Taiwan-based carrier, was named the HR Asia Best Company to Work for in Asia for the third consecutive year, reflecting the tremendous progress made by China Airlines in employee engagement and corporate sustainability. For this year’s evaluation, China Airlines emerged from a field of 360 outstanding enterprises to receive the recognition from the judging panel.

This year, China Airlines was ranked by the yes123 recruitment website as a Top Three Dream Enterprise for Summer Internships. In 2024, China Airlines was presented with a Gold Award for Happy Enterprise in the Trade and Logistics Sector by 1111 Job Bank, and the TTQS Talent Development Quality Silver Medal from the Ministry of Labor.
