Limited-Time Promotional Award Ticket Offers to Brisbane
Published: Mar 27, 2025Starting today, China Airlines is offering a special mileage redemption promotion for award tickets to Brisbane. The details of the promotion are as follows:
- Redemption Method: The promotion can only be redeemed in person via CI website Dynasty Member-Online Redemption-Award Tickets- Brisbane Award Ticket Promotion.
- Promotion Period : The full journey must be completed by June 30, 2025.
- Applicable Route, Booking Class and Ticket Award Levels:
Route Economy Class (X class) One-Way Round-Trip Taipei ⮂ Brisbane 45,000 miles (55,000 miles)90,000 miles (110,000 miles) - Important Notices
- The member's account must have the valid miles required for this award ticket. The redemption of award tickets through the transferred award is not applicable, including mileage transfers from one’s own account or from others.
- This offer is not applicable to members under 12 years old.
- Re-routing of promotional award ticket is not permitted after ticket issuance. Flight date changes can only be processed through the CI Customer Service Center or local branches. Please note that changes will not be handled at the airport or through the China Airlines website.
For a refund of totally unused award ticket, a handling fee of TWD1,500 (or equivalent local currency) will apply. Once refunded, the original award number cannot issue a new award ticket and will be refunded as mileage which is valid back to member's account based on the date of refund. To refund a partially unused award ticket, miles cannot be returned and only unused tax will be returned and no handling fee will be charged.The remaining ticketing rules will be the same as standard award tickets.
