Passenger Sales Agent (Full Time)

Work location: Quarry Bay Taikoo Place
Working days: 5 days work a week
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle ticketing and reservation queries from passengers and travel agency or
• Liaison with Travel Agents & Commercial Accounts or
• Sales & Marketing Support
Requirements:
• The permanent Hong Kong resident status
• HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or
HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Basic computer operation (include MS Office) and reports analysis
• Graduated from Tourism, experience in airlines or travel industry, or airline business, experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) will be an advantage.
Airport Services Officer (Full Time/Part Time)

Work location: Hong Kong International Airport
Working days: Shift Duty, 5 days work a week
Key Responsibilities:
• Landside Services: Handles the check-in procedures, such as collecting air tickets, checking travel documents from passengers, issuing boarding-passes and handling check-in baggage.
• Airside Services: Guides and assists passengers to board and disembark the aircraft.
• Implements any irregularities as instructed by supervisor.
Requirements:
• The permanent Hong Kong resident status
• HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or
HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Good communication skills and solve problems independently.
• Basic PC Skills.
• Diploma in Tourism or experience in airline business will be an advantage.
Cargo Officer (Full Time)

Work location: (Town office) Quarry Bay Taikoo Place / (Airport Office) Chek Lap Kok Super Terminal 1
Working days: 5 days work a week (Shift Duty is applicable for airport office)
Key Responsibilities:
(Town office)
• Handle import / export cargo documents, cargo capacity management, data entry and handle cargo agents' enquiries .
(Airport Office)
• Deals with matters connected with airfreight, such as airways bills or consignment notes, import / export declaration, manifests and distribution of load on the plane. Computer data entry...etc.
• Assists the forwarder agents and clients in the handling of delivery matters, arranging follow-up procedures and enquiries.
• Performing driving duty on the apron.
Requirements:
• The permanent Hong Kong resident status
• HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or
HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license will be an advantage.
Call Centre Agent (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, all enquiry, issue ticket and reports
Requirements:
• The permanent Hong Kong resident status
• HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or
HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Accounting Clerk (Full Time)

• Handle passenger and freight revenue settlement and accounting operations.
• Review expense bills and payment.
• Handle personnel administrative affairs.

• Basic computer skills required.(MS Office)
• Accounting /Business graduate will be an advantage.
