• Sales Manager:
1. Min. 5 years airline or travel agency sales experience in Australia.
2. Profound knowledge of airline and trade business models.
3. Proficiency in management and coordination skills.
4. Excellent leadership to achieve team’s KPIs.
5. Positive attitude and friendly ongoing manner.
6. Mandarin speaking, reading, writing abilities are preferable.
• Sales Executive:
1. Airline or travel agency sales experience or a minimum of travel industry sales with a sound knowledge of airline operations.
2. Sound knowledge of reservations and ticketing functions.
3. Strong commercial acumen with clear focus on business development
4. Creative thinker with strong interpersonal, verbal / written communication skills, plus excellent presentation skills. Mandarin speaking, reading, writing abilities are preferable.
5. Strong PC knowledge of standard Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
6. Strong service ethic, confident, well presented with good time management skills.
Candidates must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Job Duties
• Sales Manager:
1. Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
2. Coordinate with head quarter and filed office staff for achieving the assigned targets.
• Sales executive:
1. Propose and implement local market development plans / activities.
2. Implement company’s strategies to achieve annual pax / revenue / yield targets and market share growth in assigned sales territory / accounts / portfolio.
3. Organize and conduct industry / market functions, seminars, product launches, expos, etc.
4. Provide feedback to management of market intelligence on activities or developments, which have the potential to impact on productivity results.
