Guideline for Dynasty Flyer Program Membership Inactivity

Starting from July 1, 2025, Dynasty Flyer Program membership will be automatically inactive without notice if members do not hold available award numbers and there is no update in mileage record and personal data (including member account login) within 3 years. This is due to the specific purpose for collecting personal information related to booking and ticketing no longer exists, in accordance with our data security policy to protect your privacy.

Please log into your membership account as soon as possible to review and update your personal information.

If your membership is inactive, we sincerely invite you to rejoin via our official website member service and immediately receive a new membership number.
