【Updated】What are the instructions for using the cash coupon?
- When you fly China Airlines international flights, you can use the coupon to redeem in-flight duty-free goods (except tobacco goods).
Note1: This coupon cannot be used to redeem the prepaid duty-free goods booked online. - You may use the coupon to redeem toward the purchase of international flight tickets or the seat selection fee at the worldwide ticketing offices of China Airlines.
Note1: Taxes, fuel surcharge, booking service and carrier-imposed charges are not deductible.
Note2: Codeshare flights are not applicable. - You may use the coupon to redeem toward the purchase of domestic flight tickets at the airport ticketing counters of Mandarin Airlines in Taiwan.
- You may enjoy one-time complimentary access to global China Airlines’ self-operated VIP lounges.(US$25 per person, excluding infants.)
- You may redeem toward the payment of excess baggage charges when taking China Airlines operated flights departing from TPE/TSA/KHH/HKG/BKK/LAX/JFK/SFO/YVR airport.
- The coupons are transferable but cannot be resold. No refund, no change, no cash exchange for related above-mentioned services. No replacement will be issued if lost.
- Please be reminded that the in-flight operations as well as the worldwide operation status of ticketing counters and VIP lounges may be changed. Please check the details with CI before departure.
