Mainland ChinaBeijing

All foreign passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Mainland China and the current visas or relevant
documents they holding are not valid for use. 
Taiwan residents are allowed to enter Beijing by holding a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or using Taiwan ID card to apply a landing visa (a Single Travel Permit for the Taiwan Resident).

Exemptions :
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, public service, courtesy or C visa.
• This does not apply to passengers with a visa issued after 28 March 2020. 

Quarantine measures : 
• All inbound passengers arriving in Beijing are required to receive nucleic acid tests and undergo 14 -day centralized quarantine by bearing the relevant fees themselves.
• After the centralized quarantine, the passengers are advised to quarantine themselves for further 7 days at home by the officials. (Not compulsory)

Passengers from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan are no need to present the COVID-19 test negative certification within five days for entry. 

Shanghai

All foreign passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Mainland China and the current visas or relevant documents they holding are not valid for use. Taiwan residents are allowed to enter Shanghai by a valid Taiwan residents are allowed to enter Shanghai by a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or using Taiwan ID card to apply a landing visa (a Single Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident).

Exemptions :
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, public service, courtesy or C visa.
• This does not apply to passengers with a visa issued after 28 March 2020.

Quarantine measures :
• Those passengers bounding for other provinces but transit through Shanghai will need to undergo 14 days centralized quarantine.
• The renewed conditional quarantine measures are effective from 27,July. For those travelers who have permenant residences at Shanghai and meet the relevant conditions may apply for undergo quarantine at home and designated place 7 days each.

XiamenAll foreign passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Mainland China, and the current visas or relevant documents they holding are not valid for use. 
Taiwan residents are allowed to enter Xiamen by a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or using Taiwan ID card to apply a landing visa (a Single Travel Permit for the Taiwan Resident).

 Exemptions :
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, public service, courtesy or C visa.
• This does not apply to passengers with a visa issued after 28 March 2020.

Quarantine measures :
• All passengers arriving in Xiamen are required to receive the medical tests and undergo the centralized quarantine for 14 days on their own expenses.
• Passengers entering Xiamen as their final destination are required to quarantine themselves for further 7 days at home after the centralized quarantine.
• After the centralized quarantine, the passengers need to receive medical tests again. They will be allowed to leave if their test results are passable.
• According to the announcement published by the Xiamen disease control center on 11 August, passengers taking Taiwan- Xiamen return flights are not required to provide the PCR test certificate.

Chengdu

All foreign passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Mainland China and the current visas or relevant
documents they holding are not valid for use. 
Taiwan residents are allowed to enter Chengdu by a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. But it's NOT ACCEPTABLE for using Taiwan ID card to apply a landing visa ( a Single Travel Permit for the Taiwan Resident) at Chengdu.

Exemptions :
• This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, public service, courtesy or C visa.
• This does not apply to passengers with a visa issued after 28 March 2020. 

Quarantine measures :
• All passengers regardless of nationality and the place of departure are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine and also afford the relevant expenses by themselves.
• After the 14-day centralized quarantine, the passengers will be quarantined for further 7 days at home.
• Passengers transiting in Chengdu must receive nucleic acid tests and undergo centralized quarantine for 14 days;They will only be allowed to bound for destination after receiving passable test results.

North East AsiaJapan1. All travelers from restricted countries (Taiwan etc.) are banned to enter into Japan for tourism.
2. All passengers who arrive from the restricted countries are required to receive local PCR tests. Download the official form (English/Japanese) here
3. All passengers are required to undergo a 14-day compulsory quarantine at a Government designated location ( at home or hotel) and are not permitted to use public transportation in Japan.
4. In cases where a foreign national with the status of residence of “Permanent Resident”, “Spouse or Child of Japanese National”, “Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident” or “Long-Term Resident” re-enters Japan, a decision will be made on whether or not “special exceptional circumstances” exist as given below based on the date of departure from Japan with re-entry permission and records of the areas where the foreign national was staying. Besides, the“ Re-entry Confirmation Letter” as well as a certificate of negative test result of pre-entry testing result conducted within 72 hours of the departure time of the flight will also be required for the holders of the above mentioned four categories of status to re-enter into Japan on/after 1st September 2020. 
5. The holders of the status of residence (such as STUDENT visa) who left Japan before the day when country/region where such foreign nationals are currently staying was designated as an area subject to denial of permission to entry into Japan, are allowed to re-enter Japan from 5th August 2020. Furthermore, all foreign nationals with the status of residence who have left Japan before 31st August 2020 with a valid re-entry permit, are now eligible to re-enter Japan from 1st September 2020. These foreigners are requested to present the Re-entry Confirmation Letter and a certificate of negative test result of pre-entry testing conducted within 72 hours of the departure time of the flight will also be required. South Korea

Passengers who meet one of the following criteria are not permitted to enter South Korea:
• Visa exemption entry to Jeju island suspended
• Visa exemption entry suspended for nationals of Japan
• Visa issued by Hubei or Japan Consulate invalidated 
• All short-term visas issued before 5 April 2020 are invalid.
• Suspension of the visa on arrival and the visa waiver program over 90 countries.
• Foreigners departing from China who require a visa for entering South Korea are not allowed to transfer via South Korea without a visa.

Exemptions :
South Korean citizens, permanent residents, spouses and direct family members.
Airline crew members.
Holding APEC business card.  

Transit Restrictions :
Only transits permitted at Incheon International Airport within 24 hours.
Thai, Mongolian, and Russian nationals are not permitted to transit through South Korea for returning their countries.
Nationals of Thailand are allowed to transit through Korea if they depart from Thailand and have a confirmed ticket to a 3rd country. 

Quarantine Measures :
• All passengers entering Korea will be quarantined with own expense.
• All passengers on the flight to Korea will undergo fever check at the departure airport. Boarding will be rejected for who have fever with temperature over 37.5'C.
• All passengers entering Korea must have an available phone number
• All passengers must have a mobile device for installing self- quarantine app.

• All passengers are restricted to use public transportation and domestic flights (Jeju residents are excluded)
• All travelers arriving from Taiwan should submit the quarantine agreement to airline staff before boarding.

Remarks: 
※ All Korean Embassies stop issuing visa labels from 1st July, 2020.
When visa applications are approved, the Embassy will notify
applicants of their visa details by issuing "Visa Grant Notice".
(Visa Application Center may issue the document on behalf of the Embassy). 

All applicants can print out the document at any time and any where,
by entering passport information (passport number, name and date of birth).
The "Visa Grant Notice" document can be used to prove visa status,
whether he/she is a holder of a valid Korean visa. 

The document is valid printed either in color, or in black and white. 


Re-entry permit exemption will be suspended for long-term stayers in Korea as of 1st Jun.
 - They are required to obtain a re-entry permit before before leaving Korea.
 - They are required to submit a COVID-19 test results issued within 48 hours pritor to the date of departure for Korea.
[Exception1] Diplomats (A-1), Government Officials (A-3), Overseas Korean (F-4)
[Exception2] Registered aliens who left Korea before the end of 31 MAY, 2020.

South East AsiaMalaysia

1. All foreign nationals are not permitted to enter Malaysia.
2. Arriving passengers are not allowed to transfer immediately from an International flight to a domestic flight.
3. Passengers and Crew members are required to download and activate the MySejahtera app before boarding the flight to Malaysia.

4. All travelers are required to fill in a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) , email it to the embassy of Malaysia at least 3 days before flight departure date for entry and bring the copy of the Travel Notice issued by the embassy when check-in. Download the LOU form .
5.  All passengers are required to undergo COVID-19 screening test upon arrival and afford the relevant cost for the tests.
6. Foreign nationals holding a Malaysia issued Long Term Passes with a passport, resident card or valid work visa/permit issued by any of the below 23 countries are restricted to enter into Malaysia.
• Countries : Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom and USA.
• Long Term Passes includes: Permanent Residents,MM2H Pass,All Expatriate holding Employment Pass (Category 1,2,3),Resident Pass – Talent (RPT),Professional Visit Pass (PVP / PLIK),Resident Pass,Dependent Pass to long term passes,Student Pass,Temporary Employment Visit Pass (PLKS),Spouse Pass to Malaysian Citizens, etc.

Exemptions:
• Nationals of Malaysia and their spouse with spouse visa, Permanent Residents, Diplomats or MM2H pass holders must obtain the prior approval from local Malaysia embassy. Besides, they will be quarantined upon arrival and need to bear the relevant cost. (Except for the diplomats).
• Passengers holding MM2H, EPII and EPIII type visas may refer to the approval letter they received from Director General of Immigration or Ministry of Tourism and Culture (MOTAC).
• Passengers holding EP1 (Employment category 1) / Dependant pass/Resident pass and had exited Malaysia before 11JUL2020 are exempted from the KPI (Approval from chief of Immigration).

Quarantine Measures : 
All passengers including Malaysian will be centralized quarantine for 14 days at the designated quarantine stations and bear the cost by themselves.

IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA
MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MALAYSIA

Cambodia1. Suspension of visa exemption policy and issuance of visa on arrival.
2. All foreigners who travel to the Kingdom of Cambodia must meet the following requirements,
(1). Valid entry visa of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
(2). A negative of COVID-19 medical certificate issued by local health authorities no more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of flight departure.
(3). A purchasing certificate of officially cooperative insurance
(4). Must make deposits, by cash or credit card of US$ 2,000 with the designated commercial banks present at the point of entry.
(5). To stay at the designated quarantine hotel upon arrival.
3. Lifting aforementioned requirements point 2, (3) and (4) for foreigners sponsored and invited by local registered company. However, passengers are required to present a validation certificate on payment guarantee and letters or documents confirming hotel reservation completed 3 days prior to departure.
4. Passengers who are invited by local registered company but not being sponsored must meet the aforementioned requirements of point 2 and also need to present a validation certificate of Invitation and letters or documents confirming hotel reservation completed 3 days prior to departure.
5. Passengers without sponsorship or invitation from local registered company must meet the aforementioned requirements of point 2 but no need to reserve the hotel before arrival.
6. Lifting aforementioned requirements point 2, (3) and (4) for Cambodian nationals holding foreign passports with Visa K;They are only required to possess Health Certificate indicating a COVID-19 negative status.
7. Diplomats and Officials holding Cambodian Visa A and Visa B are exempted from point 2, (3) and (4) for arriving and entering into Cambodia.
8. Validation Certificate on Payment Guarantee or Invitation (Choose one of the three)

9. Quarantine Hotels (Choose one of the two)  *Only apply to the passengers sponsored or invited by local registered company;other travelers will be arranged to general hotels by the government.
(1) SOKHA HOTELS & RESORTS
(2) TIANYI INTERNATIONAL HOTELS

Quarantine measures :
1. All passengers will be required to take the special pick-up car to the hospital for receiving the test of COVID-19. The test results will be known after 1-2 days later, if the passengers on same flight are all tested negative, they will be allowed to quarantine themselves at home for 14 days. The passenger are required to clear the self-paid blood tests again on the 13th day at the designated hospital and they will be able to get back the deposit after receiving the test negative report.
2. Passengers must obtain the 2nd COVID-19 negative status certificate issued 72 hours prior to flight departure by the Ministry of Health if they want to leave Cambodia within 14 days after their arrival.
Vietnam

1.All passengers regardless of nationality are not permitted to enter Vietnam.
2.All arrival flights are not allowed to carry passengers. 
3.If the airlines want to transport Vietnamese citizens back to their country, they must get the opinion of the Vietnamese diplomatic unit in the host country. 

Exemptions:
• Diplomatic / official passport holders
• Other special circumstances (such as foreign visitors attending or serving important event) ; except experts, business managers, high-skilled workers, and others who have been approved by the National Center for New Coronavirus Prevention) 
• Foreigner professionals should present PCR negative test results within 3-7 days and insurance covering medical expenses or a letter of guarantee from inviting units for entry. The professionals confirmed COVID-19 positive should bear all medical fees by themselves since 5,August.

Quarantine requirements:
• All passengers are required to undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine upon arrival. 
• All passengers are required to complete a health declaration form (English) prior to their arrival in Vietnam.

Others :
• Suspension of the Visa on Arrival and the visa waiver program to all nationals.
• Suspension of visa exemption for Vietnamese or family members of Vietnamese holding foreign passport. 

Myanmar1. Suspension of all commercial return flights to Myanmar.
2. Suspension of the issuance of all types of visa to all foreign nationals, except diplomats accredited to Myanmar, United Nations officials resident in Myanmar.
3. All diplomats accredited to Myanmar and United Nations officials resident in Myanmar may obtain entry visas through respective Myanmar Missions abroad. They shall be required to provide certification of the absence of COVID-19 infection issued by a recognized laboratory no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel and before boarding any aircraft destined for Myanmar. They shall be subject to be quarantined for 14 days on their arrival in Myanmar.
Thailand

1. Suspension of all commercial return flights to Thailand.
2. All foreign passengers are banned to enter.
3. This does not apply to state or military aircraft, emergency landing, technical landing without disembarkation, humanitarian aid, medical, relief and repatriation flights.
4. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. 

Exemptions :
•Thai nationals
•People permitted or invited by the Thai prime minister, or the head of responsible people accountable for resolving state of emergency issues
•The spouse, parents, or children of a Thai national
•Foreign nationals holding a valid certificate of residence, or permission to take up residence in the Kingdom
•Foreign nationals holding a valid work permit or are allowed to work in the Kingdom, including their spouse or children
•Carriers of necessary goods, subject to immediate return after completion
•Crew members who are required to travel into the Kingdom on a mission, and have a specified date and time for return
•Foreign nationals who are students of educational institutions approved by Thai authorities, including the parents or guardians of the students
•Foreign nationals who are in need of medical treatment in Thailand, and their attendants. (Note this does not include medical treatment for COVID-19.)
•Individuals visiting for the purpose of diplomatic missions, consular affairs, international organizations, government representatives, foreign government agencies working in Thailand, or individuals in other international agencies as permitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including their spouse, parents, or children
•Foreign nationals who are permitted to enter the Kingdom under a special arrangement 


Required Entry documents:
1. A Certificate of Entry issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Fit to Travel medical certificate. (Optional: laboratory result indicating COVID-19 is not detected by means of RT-PCR within 72 hours prior to departure)
3. Staying insurance covering medical expenses (including COVID-19) to the amount of USD 100,000. (Not apply to Thai nationals and people invited by the Thai prime minister.)

Philippines

All foreign travelers are not permitted to enter Philippines. 

Exemptions :
•Nationals of the Philippines.
•Spouses or children of nationals of the Philippines traveling together or traveling to join the national of Philippines.
•Merchant seamen with a 9(c) visa issued by the Philippines.
•Nationals of India with a Temporary Resident Visa.
•Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a Permanent Resident Visa who is spouse of a national of the Philippines.
•Passengers with 13 quota visas or a Native-born visa issued by the Philippines.
•Accredited foreign government and international organization officials and their dependents.
•Passengers with diplomatic passport.
•Foreign airline crew members.
•Foreign parent of Filipino children with special needs. 

Quarantine measures :
• All travelers allowed entry must undergo a 14-day quarantine on arrival.
• Passengers (Except for the Overseas Filipino Workers) are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test at their own expense, they are subject to quarantine and must present a completed Case Investigation Form.
• Passengers traveling to Davao (DVO) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.
• The online health declaration must be filled up prior to immigration and it can be completed 3 days prior to arrival in the Philippines. Website (English)

Indonesia

All foreigners are not permitted to enter or transit through Indonesia.

Exemptions :
1. Foreigner holders of Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) in Indonesia
2. Foreigner holders of Indonesian Diplomatic VIsa or Indonesian Service Visa
3. Foreigner holders of Diplomatic Stay Permit or Service Stay Permit in Indonesia
4. Medical Aid Workers of Food Sustenance Workers for Humanitarian Purposes
5. Crews(Air, Sea or Land Transport)
6. Foeigners/Expetriates working on Strategic National Project 

Exempted foreigners or Indonesia citizens must fulfill additional requirements:
• Possess a valid PCR tested negative of covid-19 and fit-to-fly health certificate (in English) issued by Health Authority of the respective country in 7 days. 
• The medical team might practice the rapid diagnostic tests request at the airport again. If the observation results shown passengers have no symptoms of COVID-19, KKP will issue clearance letter, and passengers will only be advised to perform 14 days self-quarantine. 
• Residing certificate for at least 14 days in a country/territory with no eminent case of Covid-19.

Hong Kong

Only Hong Kong residents with following documents will be permitted to enter Hong Kong:
• Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card / Hong Kong SAR passport / British National (Overseas) passport (with right of abode in Hong Kong)
• Hong Kong Identity Card (this needs to be accompanied with a valid work or study visa)
• Passengers travelling from Mainland China, Taiwan or Macao and have not been to other country/region in past 14 days.
• Passengers travelling on a diplomatic passports
• The spouse and children of Hong Kong residents
• Local government personnel performing official duties
• Personnel approved by the Hong Kong SAR government to carry out anti-epidemic work
• Passengers falling into this exemption category must still meet the minimum 14 days intended/permitted limit of stay in order to meet the 14 days of compulsory quarantine requirements – otherwise entry will be refused

Exemptions :
• Crew members of aircraft who need to commute to and from foreign places for performance of necessary duties or crew members of goods vessels.  ( Only when it actually carry the cargo )
• Government officials carrying out government duties including personnel of consular posts;
Personnel engaged in anti-epidemic work endorsed by the HKSAR Government; and
• Spouses and minor children of Hong Kong residents.

Quarantine measures :
• All passengers are required to undergo 14 days of compulsory quarantine in a government-nominated quarantine facility,at home or at hotel.
• Online Health Declaration
• Effective from on 29 July 2020, travelers who have stayed in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Africa, Kazakhstan, and the United States within 14 days before entering Hon Kong, must present a COVID-19 nucleic acid test negative result issued 72 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the aircraft. And also a document (electronic format is acceptable) in Chinese or English issued by the relevant authority, certifying that the test laboratory is recognized or approved by the government / ISO 15189.  
• All passengers coming from the above countries must also show a confirmation of a hotel room reservation in Hong Kong for no less than 14 days starting on the day of arrival in Hong Kong. This confirmation must be written in English or Chinese.
• All passengers coming from the above countries will also be required to undergo a 14-days of quarantine at a hotel even though they may have a home or residential address in Hong Kong.

Remarks:
Transit restrictions :
• The transit passenger's should be contained in a single booking and the connection time between flights is within 24 hours.
• The transit passengers must have been issued their onward boarding pass(es) from origin and their baggage must be checked through to the final destination.
• Transiting to and from destinations in Mainland China is not available.
• All sea-to-air and air-to-sea transit services have been suspended.

Palau1. All travelers bounding for Palau should provide a COVID-19 PCR test negative medical certificate issued 72 hours prior to departure when check-in and certify that they have remained non-symptomatic for COVID-19 in the past 14 days before departure.
2. All travelers should undergo 14 - 21 days mandatory quarantine/home quarantine depending on the country where they departed and will be released if they are tested 3 times of COVID-19 negative.
3. No exemptions to the above quarantine requirement may be made except having an exemption issued by the Minister of Health in writing.
Singapore
1. Short-term visitors are not allowed to enter or transit through Singapore.
2. All allowed visitors such as citizens, permanent residents and long term pass holders entering Singapore to serve a 14-day self-isolation at dedicated SHN facilities. Effective from 1st September, travelers depart from low-risk region (Including Taiwan) may shorten the quaratine period to 7 days. For more details, please refer to the Minster of Health, Singapore official website
3. Singapore Residents who travelled against government advisory will have to pay for the cost of 14-day SHN at designated facilities.
4. Suspension of all forms of Visas (including short-term and multiple-visit visas) issuance and previously issued visas to those with People’s Republic of China and Iranian passports will apply.
5. All travellers arriving in Singapore must submit a health declaration before proceeding with immigration clearance. Those who make false declarations will be liable for prosecution under the Infectious Diseases Act.
Website

Exemptions :
• Work pass holders (regardless of nationality) are required to obtain an approval letter from the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM). MOM will ONLY allow the entry/return of work pass holders (including their dependents) for those providing essential services, such as in healthcare and transport.
• All holders of the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), including those who have been granted In-Principle Approval (IPA) by ICA for LTVP, will require an approval letter of entry by ICA to gain entry into Singapore.
• All Student Pass (STP) holders, including those who have been granted In-Principle Approval (IPA) by ICA for STP, will require an approval letter of entry by MOE to gain entry into Singapore.
• The approval letter of entry by ICA for LTVP holders, or by MOE for STP holders, is valid for two weeks. These LTVP and STP holders must produce such approval letter of entry to airline staff at check-in at the point of departure, and to the ICA officer at the checkpoint upon arrival in Singapore.
•Passengers holding a "Pre-approved Business Pass" issued by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) are alowed to enter Singapore, subject to the conditions stipulated by MTI. North AmericaCanada

Entry restrictions : Only the following passengers are permitted to enter Canada
• Canadian citizens, the permanent residents and their immediate family members. The immediate family members are defined as: the spouse or common-law partner
 of the person; their dependent child ; their parent or step-parent ; their guardian or tutor.
• A person travelling on a diplomatic passport.
• A person who is authorized by Canada government in writing.
• A person who is under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations and their immediate family members.
• A person who enters Canada at the invitation of the government for the purpose of assisting in the COVID-19 response.
• A person whose presence in Canada, in the opinion of the officials, is in the national interest.
• Foreign National with a valid Canadian work permit.
• Foreign National with a valid Canadian study permit.
• Foreign National holding an approval letter to obtain a work permit in Canada.
• Foreign National approved to study. (Approval letter dated before 18 March 2020.)
• Accredited diplomats and their immediate family members. 
•A person who takes up a post as a diplomat, consular officer, representative or official of a country other than Canada, of the United Nations or any of its agencies or of any intergovernmental organisation of which Canada is a member, and the immediate family members of that person, are allowed to enter Canada.
  

Foreign nationals are allowed to transit through Canada internationally but they should meet the following conditions:
• The customer must not present any symptoms of COVID-19.
• The customer must have a confirmed onward flight outside of Canada.
• The customer must not leave the airport.
• The customer must satisfy all other documentary requirements (e.g. ETA, transit visa etc.)
Quarantine requirement
• All passengers entering Canada are required to isolate for 14 days. 
• All passengers must be in possession of a face mask, before boarding any flight to Canada. 
• All passengers must undergo temperature screen and can not board flight if their temperature is over 38 degree unless they hold a medical certificate indicating their fever is not COVID-19 related

United StatesNon-US citizens and residents who have visited/transited through the following regions in the past 14 days are not permitted to enter: Mainland China, Iran, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Exemptions:
• US citizens / lawful permanent residents including their spouse, parents, legal guardian, siblings (unmarried and under the age of 21 years), etc.
• Foreign government officials or an immediate family member of an official who originated in, transferred from, or transited through the aforementioned countries/regions in the past 14 days
• U.S. Armed Forces and their spouses and children.
• Passengers who are exempted will only be permitted to arrive into one of the following 13 airports:

All U.S. citizens are subject to a quarantine assessment on arrival.
OceaniaAustraliaAll foreign travelers are banned to enter Australia.

Exemptions:
• Australian citizens, permanent residents and New Zealand citizens who currently reside in Australia are able to enter Australia, along with their immediate family (spouses, legal guardians or dependents only).

Quarantine requirements:
• All travelers arriving in Australia will be required to undertake a mandatory 14-day quarantine at designated facilities in their port of arrival.
New ZealandAll foreign travelers are banned to enter.

Exemptions:
1. Nationals of New Zealand (including Cook Island, Niue, Tokelau).
2. The immediate family members of nationals of New Zealand.
3. Passengers with a permanent resident visa and their immediate family members.
4. Nationals or permanent residents of Australia ordinarily resident in New Zealand.
5. Diplomats with approval.
6. Humanitarian reasons
7. Health and other essential workers
8. Citizens of Samoa and Tonga for essential travel to New Zealand
9. The holder of a visitor visa who is the partner or dependant of a temporary work or student visa holder and who normally lives in New Zealand and is currently in New Zealand.

Quarantine Measures : 
1. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days.This does not apply to passengers in transit.
2. Airline crew must use appropriate personal protective equipment. They are not subject to quarantine.

Netherlands

A temporary travel restriction is in place for travel from any country outside the EU to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland  

Exemptions :
• Nationals of all EU countries and their family members
• Citizens of the United Kingdom and their family members
• Health care personnel
• Border workers
• Seafarers in possession of a seaman’s book (except seafarers on commercial and pleasure yachts)
• Diplomats
• Military personnel
• Personnel of international and humanitarian organizations / persons admitted for humanitarian reasons
• Transit passengers who want to travel via the Netherlands or another Schengen country to another third country (outside the EU) and who do not leave the international transit zone of the airport
• Students
• Highly skilled migrants
• Visiting a terminally ill family member and attending a funeral.

Quarantine Requirements :
• Passengers arriving out from EU member states (partially exempted) will have to undergo a 14-day self-quarantine.
• Travelers should read the letter for passenger before boarding the aircraft and fill out the health declaration forms for departure and arrival use.

2. Nationals of Germany; Passengers with a residence permit or "D" Visa issued by Germany; Husband, wife, child and registered partner of nationals or residents of Germany.

Quarantine Requirements :
 Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days.

Transit restrictions :
1. British nationals and their family members returning via Germany to their country of residence;
2. passengers in transit to their home country, if there is no other travel option. The purpose of travel and the entry requirements for the destination and transit countries must be proved.
3. US military personnel stationed in Germany and their family members.
4. merchant seamen who are going to sign up on board or leave Germany for the purpose of repatriation.
United Kingdom

There are no specific entry restrictions but all travelers are required to compulsory self-quarantine for 14 days starting from 8 June.(Travelers from Taiwan are not required to self-quarantine since 10 July. )

Passengers will need to show the completed self-quarantine declaration upon arriving at the UK Border.
Passengers cannot submit the form until 48hrs before they are due to arrive in the UK.
