Flight Mileage

Flight mileage refers to the mileage members earn by taking the scheduled flights operated by China Airlines, the international scheduled flights operated by Mandarin Airlines, and the applicable flights operated by SkyTeam partner airlines. To ensure that your flight mileage is credited accurately and timely, please give our service personnel both your membership card number and your name (as it appears on your card), when making a reservation yourself or through a travel agent. When checking in at the airport, present your membership card to ensure that your mileage is automatically credited to your account. Further, please retain your ticket copy and boarding pass for six months for the purpose of any future inquiries.

If you have any questions regarding your flown mileage, please call our local Member Service Hotline within six months of your flight departure. Please provide your boarding pass, electronic or paper ticket receipt as well as your membership card number (flight itinerary or reservation reference will not be accepted). China Airlines will verify and correct your mileage within six weeks. You may also access Dynasty Flyer Services to correct your mileage online.

If you find any errors in the partnership mileage record, please contact the partner enterprise directly and provide the required documents within 6 months to ask for a correction.

Mileage Summary

To protect members' personal data and rights, members or their trustees who would like to print out their mileage history or redemption records beyond the one-year period, are required to fill out and sign an Application Form and provide members' passport copy or a certificate of entrustment to China Airlines' counters or fax these documents to China Airlines' Member Service Hotline.

E-Summary

E-Summary

Members who choose to receive "mileage summaries" via email will receive a monthly updated personal electronic mileage summary whenever there is a change to the mileage. Members receiving mileage summaries via e-mail will not receive statements via post.
Mileage Table Hard Copy

Mileage Table Hard Copy

Effective from December 1, 2008, physical mileage summaries will no longer be sent. Members can obtain the latest mileage update through the customer center, visiting China Airlines' website, or registering an email address to receive e-summaries.
