All sporting equipment should be counted into ticket baggage allowance. There is no dimension limitation but additional fee should be charged if baggage is overweight. The following equipment , however , still need to contact our call center at the time of booking : 

  • Angling/Fishing Equipment 
  • Archery Equipment 
  • Bicycle 
  • Scuba Diving Equipment 
  • Sporting Firearms & Ammunition
  • Surfboard/Windsurfing Equipment and Body-board

  1. Sporting equipment should be counted into ticket baggage allowance. The charges as following table:

    Remark: Either per piece over-weight or over-piece , additional fee will be charged.

  2. There is no dimension limitation for special list of sporting equipment but additional fee should be charged if baggage is overweight.

Regulations of sporting equipment

  1. Golf : Including one golf bag and one pair of golf shoes. 
  2. Bicycle 
    • Need to contact our call center at the time of booking. 
    • Only non-motorized touring or racing single-seat bicycle is allowed. 
    • Tires should be deflated. 
    • Bicycle must be packed in a sturdy box or proper bike travel bag. Unsuitable packing that might cause damage to other check-in baggage or to the bike itself is unacceptable. 
  3. Angling/Fishing Equipment 
    • Need to contact our call center at the time of booking. 
    • One passenger is allowed with two fishing rods and related equipment.
    • All items must be properly encased in one suitable container. 
  4. Water Skiing and Skating Equipment 
    • One pair of boots, one pair of ski poles and one skateboard are allowed. 
    • All items must be properly encased in one suitable container. 
  5. Scuba Diving Equipment 
    • Need to contact our call center at the time of booking.
    • Scuba tank must be empty.
    • All items must be properly encased in one suitable container.
  6. Hockey/Lacrosse Equipment : One bag and maximum two sticks wrapped together will be counted as one piece of check-in baggage. Hockey sticks must be packed separately in a sturdy container or sporting bag. 
  7. Archery Equipment 
    • Need to contact our call center at the time of booking. 
    • Each passenger is allowed with piece of archery equipment as checked baggage. 
    • All items must be properly encased in a suitable container. 
  8. Bowling Equipment 
    • Including one bowling ball, one bowling bag and one pair of bowling shoes. 
    • All items must be properly encased in a suitable container. 
  9. Surfboard/Windsurfing Equipment and Body-board 
    • Need to contact our call center at the time of booking. 
    • One passenger is allowed with two surfboards taped together will count as one piece of baggage. 
    • Surfboard must be properly encased in a suitable container to avoid being damaged. 
  10. Sporting Firearms & Ammunition 
    • Need to contact our call center at least 5 working days prior to the date of travel. 
    • Appropriate documentation and licenses required, including but not limited to, export/import licenses/permits and authorization from related authorities of both sides. 
    • Personal use only. 
    • Ammunition is packed in either its original packaging or in a suitable container that prevents movement between shells or cartridges (i.e. loose ammunition is not permitted). 
    • Restrictions:
      - No more than two rifles and 5 kg/11 lb of ammunition are allowed in one gun box .
      - No more than five pistols and 5 kg/11 lb of ammunition are allowed in one gun box .
