Storage

• Carry-on baggage must not obstruct passenger movement to, from, or across the aisle, and it should not be placed on your lap.
• The cloakroom is not suitable for stowing passenger baggage.
• At certain airports, the size restrictions for carry-on baggage may be more stringent due to the aircraft's storage capacity, particularly on single-aisle aircraft. Even if your carry-on complies with the standard size regulations, it may not fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. In such cases, your baggage will be stored as checked baggage and placed in the cargo compartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  Stowed in the closed overhead compartment

  • Baggage must be stowed securely, allowing cabin crew members to close the bins without exerting force.

  • Baggage should not fall from overhead bins when the doors are opened.

  • Please ensure that bottle caps, such as plastic bottles and water bottles, are tightly secured and properly stowed to prevent spillage or falling.

  Stowed under the passenger's seat

  • Baggage must be stowed under a passenger seat to prevent it from sliding sideways into the aisle.
