    • Purchased miles and reinstated miles may only be used for: Miles and Cash (partial fare payment), Redemption of China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines international and domestic tickets and cabin upgrades/reward tickets and cabin upgrades with partner airlines participating in the mileage program.

    • Members who purchase miles or reinstatement miles must be at least 12 years old. Once miles have been credited to a member’s account, they may not be sold or transferred to others for use.

    • When redeeming miles, those with the earliest expiration date in the member’s account will be deducted first.

    • Transactions for this service are processed by Points.com and acquired by overseas banks. Issuing banks and card networks may charge foreign transaction fees in accordance with their respective policies. Any such fees shall be borne by the cardholder. For details, please contact your credit card issuing bank.

    • All mileage transactions are final and non-refundable once completed. If payment is not confirmed by the financial institution, the platform may deduct the corresponding miles from the member’s account or cancel the credited miles to ensure accuracy and protect its rights.

    • Each member is limited to a maximum of 120,000 purchased miles per year, including both purchased miles and gifted purchased miles.

    • Purchased miles are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

    • To gift miles to family or friends, please specify their membership card number at the time of purchase; once the purchased miles have been credited to an account, they cannot be transferred to another person.

    • Bonus miles awarded through mileage purchase promotions are subject to the same usage rules as purchased miles.

    • Purchased miles do not count toward membership tier upgrade or renewal qualification.

    • Starting from November 27, 2025, expired miles may be restored only within six (6) months from their original expiration date. Reinstate will prioritize miles with the earliest expiration in the member’s account.

    • Only miles originally earned and expired within the member’s own account are eligible for paid restoration.

    • Each membership account may restore up to 60,000 miles per calendar year.

    • Reinstated miles will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment.

    • Reinstate miles do not count toward membership tier upgrade or renewal qualification.
