To choose a special meal on the flight you will be boarding, obtain your reservation number, then go to the "Onboard Dining" option on our website. We have 20 kinds of special meals, grouped under 4 main categories: vegetarian/vegan, religious, baby/child, and nurture (for those with special dietary requirements).
- Travelers requiring special meals should order their meals at least 24 hours before flight departure. For your health and safety, we would like confirm your meal selection first. If you have other requests, please contact your local China Airlines booking personnel.
- With the exception of long-haul flights to and from North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Urumqi, beef is not served in the standard meals in Economy class on all regional flights to and from Taiwan.
China Airlines website has cooperation with car rental and hotel reservation websites. You can enjoy discounts for reservations made via our website.
If your require wheelchair assistance for health reasons, such as mobility, the ability to walk up/down staircases or move around in the cabin, or other situations that require the use of a wheelchair, please inform our customer center when making your booking, we will make all proper arrangements for you.
If you need a wheelchair at the airport or on the plane, please contact our customer service center at least 48 hours before flight departure.
For passengers who have booked an international flight of China Airlines, we will help them book flights operated by other airlines that are part of the interline ticket contract. This is intended to help passengers board onward flights to reach their destinations.
