  • Pre-orders:
    1. The 72hr Taipei Metro Pass special offer is only available to inbound travelers arriving in Taiwan on China Airlines flights. Each flight passenger can purchase one 72hr Taipei Metro Pass per arrival flight when presenting their boarding pass.
    2. Travelers must fill in the relevant fields on the website as instructed to obtain a purchase certificate. After completing the registration, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the traveler's provided email address, including their name, nationality, ticket number, and reservation number. Please keep the pre-order number safe. It will help with quickly retrieving pre-order information and ticket collection.
  • Ticket Collection:
    1. Travelers who do not fill in the information on the pre-order webpage can still purchase the 72hr Taipei Metro Pass at the discounted price directly at designated counters (see details below) by presenting their China Airlines boarding pass (physical or electronic) and registering the relevant required information.
    2. Travelers must collect their tickets within 7 calendar days from the date of arrival in Taiwan by presenting the purchase certificate, boarding pass, and passport at the designated counters. Upon verification by the service staff, eligible travelers can pay and collect their ticket voucher.
    3. The price of the 72hr Taipei Metro Pass is indicated in New Taiwan Dollars. Please pay attention to the operating hours of the designated counters when collecting tickets. Once collected, tickets are non-refundable.
  • Instructions for Using the 72hr Taipei Metro Pass:
    Travelers can freely choose the activation time of the card. Once activated by the automatic sensing system at the metro station turnstile, the pass is valid for unlimited rides on the Taipei Metro for 72 consecutive hours. The pass is only intended for single-person use per ride.
