Award Transfer

Online Service

Please log in to your Dynasty Member account to activate the online award transfer service.
After activation, you can register nominees, change nominees, transfer awards, and cancel awards online at any time.

When you have sufficient mileage in your account, you can redeem/transfer awards to yourself or to friends and family online:

Step 1: Log in to the Dynasty Member account and select the award you want to redeem/transfer.
Step 2: Select the nominee. You can choose to transfer the award to yourself or to friends and family on your nominee list.
Step 3: Confirm the details above and complete the redemption/transfer.

Register or cancel nominees: Each member may register up to six nominees at one time or separately. All nominees must be members. The transferred awards cannot be combined with awards of other account(s). From the second year of registration, all registered nominees of the prior year will be automatically incorporated to the list of the current year.
Change nominees: You may apply online to change the nominee list. To safeguard members' rights, each change requires a 30-day waiting period before you can apply award transfer. Each registered nominee may be replaced once in each calendar year.

After verification, you will receive an "Award Number" for each transfer. The nominee(s) then can check the "Award Number" in their accounts. If you wish to use awards for cabin upgrades, you can make a cabin upgrade reservation online. If you want to use awards to issue award tickets, please log in to your account and select "Transferred Award Ticket Issuance."

"Award Number" is valid for one year and must be used by the nominee within the validity period. Extensions or mileage refunds for an expired award cannot be accommodated.
1. Ticket Award: The ticket must be issued within the ticket award validity.
2. Upgrade award: The flight date must be within the upgrade award validity.
Nominees are unable to re-transfer the award to a third person or request to combine it with their mileage.

Awards that have already been transferred to friends and family must be cancelled with the consent of the nominee. The nominee can cancel the transferred award, and the valid mileage will be returned to the original nominator.
Cancellation must be processed within the one-year validity period of the transferred award. Before applying for cancellation, please make sure that the "Award Number" has not been used. After cancelling the transfer, the mileage can be returned to the original nominator, but only the mileage that were valid on the day of cancellation can be returned.
Once an award has been transferred, it cannot be exchanged for a different award. Nominees can cancel the original award and have the nominator process a new award transfer again.
