To cooperate with environmental protection and paperless; the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency, R.O.C.(Taiwan) has recently stepped up efforts to promote the use of Online Arrival Card for travelers entering Taiwan; passengers can fill in before departure in order to save time for immigration clearance.

The China Airlines lounge is currently undergoing renovations from 2024/04/03.
We have arranged for you to use the temporary VIP lounge on the 4th floor of the Pier A Shoulder Building, located on the opposite side of our lounge.

Application Passengers with confirmed bookings on CI061/CI062 affected by the strike of the security staff at Frankfurt Airport on FEB 01, 2024 Eligibility Passengers holding CI valid tickets (Change regulations are applicable to Dynasty Flyer Program Award Ticket). Application Date Must file applications on/before 31MAR24. Change a. Within ticket validity, the fare/tax/booking service charge differences and reissue charge including reissue service charge shall be waived once provided that booking class/Carrier/Routing (City) remains unchanged or flights between Taiwan and Europe operated by CI is rebooked with the same RBD. Flights operated by CI/AE shall not be rebooked to codeshare flights or other airlines flights. Tick b. Within ticket validity, if the above item is not applicable, the difference of fare/tax incurred by the change of the booking class/itinerary should be paid by the passengers. The booking service charge difference and reissue charge including the reissue service charge shall be waived once. Refund a. For totally unused tickets : Full refund can be performed without imposing any refund charge/penalty. b. For partially used tickets : Refund charge can be waived. c. Chargeable seats and Prepaid excess baggage can be fully refunded. d. Original tickets issued via the CI website, call centers, and the branch offices can apply for a refund via CI Website. Group / Discount Tickets The principles above does not apply to discount tickets. For group tickets, please contact your travel agency.

- Please be informed that,CI/AE worldwide airport, ticketing and reservation offices will start collecting a reissue service charge (the same as the original over ther counter service charge) for handling different kinds of scenarios (Child/Infant discount NOT apply).
To avoid paying this service charge, we recommend that all passengers could –- Make contact with an original ticketing travel agent for ticket reissuance if needed;
- Make sure the reservation on the ticket could be updated to synchronize with new bookings before going to the airport;
- Avoid going to show up at the airport without any booking.
