If you need to reclaim mileage of SkyTeam partner airlines' flights, please bring (1) a photocopy of the itinerary receipt of your e-ticket, (2) the original of your boarding pass, and (3) your China Airlines membership card number to China Airlines' local membership center within 6 months of the boarding date.
If you have any doubt about the flight mileage, please call China Airlines' membership service hotline for inquiry within six months. When applying to correct your flight mileage, please provide your ticket copy (or ticket number if it is an e-ticket) and boarding pass as well as your membership card number. China Airlines will verify and correct your mileage within six weeks.
Mileage is categorized into flight mileage and partnership mileage. At the time of reservation, ticketing, airport check-in, and car/hotel rental, you only need to tell relevant service staff your membership card number, and your mileage will be automatically credited into your membership account.
1. Flight mileage: DFP members can earn mileage through taking the scheduled international flights operated by China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines and the applicable flights of SkyTeam partner airlines.
2. Partnership mileage: Members can get partnership mileage when using the products or services of China Airlines' partnership companies (for example, taking partnership airlines' flights, credit card spending, car rental, and hotel accommodation).
As of December 2008, we no longer provide hard copies of mileage summaries by mail. Members can request for their latest mileage summary via our customer service center, check online, or provide an email address to receive monthly electronic mileage summary. You will receive your latest mileage summary every month if there are any changes to your mileage.
The time limit is six months from the actual boarding date.
Yes. If you take scheduled international flights operated by China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines and flights of SkyTeam partner airlines in the six months preceding the date of your membership application, then you can attach photocopies of your used tickets (or ticket numbers for e-tickets) and the original of your boarding pass to apply for mileage reclaim on the date of membership application.
Flight mileage is not credited for tickets sold at discounts of 50% or more; nor is it credited for free ticket, award ticket, infant ticket, group ticket, promotional ticket, specified booking class ticket, labor ticket, barter ticket, charter ticket, excess baggage ticket, or airline and travel industry discount tickets.
The accumulated mileage is valid for 36 months (based on Taipei Local Time) beginning from the date of taking China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines/partnership airlines flights or the date of actual spending in the case of cross-industry cooperation. Mileage that has expired will be automatically invalidated at 00:00 am on the first day of each month.
