China Airlines (CAL), a Taiwan-based carrier, has partnered with WooTEA, the popular hand-shaken beverage brand, to craft a cloud party filled with cuteness and healing energy. This crossover with Cloudco Entertainment's Care Bears™, the beloved characters for nearly 45 year, has produced exclusive and colorful desserts, specialty beverages and ice creams that can be enjoyed on all routes and cabin classes departing from Taiwan. A fantasy journey of happiness awaits travelers 10,000 feet up in the sky.

Colorful Care Bears™, with belly badges on their belly representing different feelings, have made a retro comeback globally. From the end of September onwards, Care Bears™ will start appearing on CAL’s meal trays as well. For flights from Taipei (TPE) to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka in Japan, passengers will be treated to the Milk Foam Oolong Sandwich Cookie in Economy Class. On long-haul routes, the Camellia Red Oolong Flavor Waffle Cake will be served in Economy Class. Premium Economy Class on all routes can snack on Raspberry Honey Scented Black Tea Macaron. Special desserts will also be available for a limited time to complement different festivals.

WooTEA, the tea experts, have designed in-flight desserts that combine the fragrance of tea with fruity flavors exclusive to CAL. The refreshing Oolong Tea-Flavored Rice Snacks, the Cream Mille Feuille- Strawberry Biscuits, as well as the Red Guava Green Tea Ice Cream will be supplied in Economy Class on regional routes departing from Taiwan. In terms of beverages, the Passion Fruit Black Tea Sparkling filled with tropical atmosphere will be served in all cabins including Business, Premium Economy and Economy Class on all routes. On routes with a shorter flying time such as Okinawa, Ishigaki, Kagoshima and Takamatsu, travelers in Economy Class will not only be served the co-branded desserts but also Lychee Oolong Tea in foil packaging to feel the emotional powers of the Care Bears™.
