The all new China Airlines 2016 wall and desktop calendars invited 25 air and ground crew members from the CAL Group to take part in the photo shoot. The inclusion of male crew members for the first time made this the largest line-up to date. The theme for 2016 is “Excitement Awaits" and ushers in the new year with traditional Chinese New Year well-wishes as passengers travel to holiday festivities and the natural beauty of the major cities in the Netherlands, Japan, Germany and the U.S. that China Airlines flies to. In July and August, China Airlines will welcome the delivery of the new A350 fleet through the “Rising Stars Month". Every day of the year is filled with joy and excitement.

The Tenjin Matsuri Parade in Osaka is renowned as one of the top three religious festivals in Japan. It is held on July 25 of each year and lights up the evening sky with brilliant fireworks.
July and August brings “Brand-new A350 fleet. Salutes to a rising star". China Airlines will begin taking delivery of 14 brand new A350 passenger aircraft in the third quarter of 2016.
