- This service mainly supports up-to-date Android (Chrome) or iOS (Safari).
- This service is not available on B-18655 and B-18656 aircraft.
Fantasy Sky Wireless Entertainment System Instruction VideoFAQ- How does the platform work?
This service allows passengers to use their personal electronic devices to enjoy on-demand entertainment programs when the plane is flying over 10,000 feet. Passengers need to turn on flight mode and Wi-Fi to connect to the server on-board. Please note that the personal electronic device is connected to an intranet environment which does not allow access to the Internet. - What can I do if the platform does not work?
- When using a mobile device or tablet, it requires the device OS (Android or iOS) to be updated to the latest version.
- Please access the platform using one of the following browsers in the latest version: Google Chrome or Safari for better user experience.
- If you use iOS, please select Safari as the browser.
- If you tried the previous steps and still encountered problems, please log out and log in again.
- Why can't I watch a video on my device?
Some videos are protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology, which may prevent you from watching certain videos. In this case, you can still enjoy other entertainment programs (TV shows, magazines, music and much more). To avoid this situation, we recommend you update your operating system and browser on your device.

Effective October 30, Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination for Travellers Departing from Canada 2 Nov, 2021Effective October 30 October 2021, all travellers (aged 12 and older) must be fully vaccinated with documentary proof of vaccination in order to depart from Canada. Details can be found in the Canadian Government website and are recapped as below:Proof of Fully Vaccinated for ALL travellers departing from Canada
- Approved COVID-19 vaccine in Canada; and
- Last dose at least 14 full days prior to the day travel; and
- Canadian COVID-19 proof of vaccination documentary (both digital and paper copy); or if your proof of vaccination is not in English or French, you need a certified translation in English or French while bring the original proof of vaccination with you.
Transition Period (between 30 October and 29 November, 2021)For travellers who are in the process of being vaccinated, there will be a short transition period where they will be able to travel if they can show a valid COVID-19 molecular test (NOT an antigen test) within 72 hours of travel. By November 30, all travellers must be fully vaccinated, with very limited exceptions to address specific situations such as emergency travel, and those medically unable to be vaccinated. -
