within six months of your flight departure. If you have flown with China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines with electronic tickets issued by China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines, you are welcome to log in Dynasty Flyer Services
to correct your mileage online. If you choose to correct mileage via our Member Service Hotline for your flight, please provide following documents, regardless your flight is operated by China Airlines / Mandarin Airlines or SkyTeam partner carriers, :
1. Dynasty Flyer Membership number
2. Boarding pass
3. Electronic or paper ticket receipt (flight itinerary, ticket itinerary or reservation reference will not be accepted).
4. If your booking name is different from you membership card name, for example, booking with an alias name (also known as), a photocopy of your passport with the alias name (also known as) is required for identity verification. China Airlines will verify and correct your mileage within six weeks after receiving your request.
