Terms and conditions:
  1. This promotion is for cardholders of CITI Credit/ Debit card issued in Singapore only.
  2. Promotion is valid only when payment is made with selected Citi Credit/ Debit cards.
  3. Promotion is valid with Singapore as country of departure, and valid for Taipei, Kaohsiung, Sapporo, Okinawa, Busan, Seoul, Tokyo (Narita), Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka, Takamatsu, Hiroshima, Kumamoto, Seattle, Los Angeles, Ontario (California), New York, San Francisco, Phoenix and Vancouver as destination. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Open jaw and multi-city itineraries are eligible for this promotion.
  5. Applicable for adult, child & infant fare.
  6. Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
  7. Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 25 per ticket without any discount.
  8. Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to penalty accoring to fare rules.
  9. Promotion is valid on China Airlines operating flights only.
  10. Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.

*Terms & Conditions:

  1. Promotion is applicable to Singapore to USA/ Canada (return) tickets issued from 01 December 2025 till 30 June 2026.
  2. Singapore to USA/ Canada (return) tickets must be issued by a Singapore travel agent; with IATA number starting with “323” or on China Airlines website www.china-airlines.com/sea/en.
  3. Complimentary ticket can only be issued upon successful completion of Singapore to USA/ Canada (round-trip) ticket.
  4. Ticket is transferable, applicable on (N) booking class and subject to availability.
  5. Travel period for complimentary ticket from 1 January 2026 and must complete travel by 31st October 2026.
  6. Fuel surcharge and taxes must be must be paid by traveler.
  7. Extension of complimentary ticket is not allowed and non-negotiable.
  8. Ticket is non-refundable; date change fee applies as per ticketing rules.
  9. Complimentary ticket check in baggage allowance is 1 piece (23kg).
  10. In the event of disputes, China Airlines reserves the rights to make final decision without compensation.
