COMPLIMENTARY E-SIM PROGRAM

📍 Applicable routes: HAN/DAD/SGN to TPE/LAX/SFO/ONT/SEA/JFK/PHX (Round-trip)
Notice: Each passenger receives an e-SIM based on the destination: Taiwan e-SIM for Taipei trips, US e-SIM for US trips
📌 Important Notes:
1) Non-ROC (Taiwan) passport holders for flights from Vietnam to Taiwan, and non-U.S. passport holders for flights from Vietnam to the U.S. We reserve the right to verification. If verification fails and an ROC (Taiwan) or U.S. passport is found, the eSIM program will not be available.
2) The eSIM program is available for China Airlines Dynasty Flyer members.
3) The program is based on a first-come, first-served basis with limited eSIM availability.
4) Each ticket may only be registered once; the registration time is recorded based on the system log.
5) The e-SIM must match the purchased route. For example, passengers who purchase Vietnam–The U.S. tickets are only eligible for the U.S. e-SIM.
6) Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
7) China Airlines is not the provider of the above products/services and assumes no responsibility for their quality.
8) Gohub, the eSIM provider, is solely responsible for customer support regarding eSIM usage.
9) Once received, eSIMs cannot be replaced or compensated in the event of loss, damage, theft, or quality issues.
10) The eSIM provides Internet data service only; it does not include voice or SMS functions.
11) eSIM usage depends on device compatibility. Customers are advised to check device compatibility before registration.
12) The eSIM will become invalid if the passenger cancels the booking. China Airlines will verify the eTicket status.
13) In case of any disputes, China Airlines reserves the right of final decision.
