New Membership System Upgrade and some Temporary Service Suspension

To provide you with more stable, smooth, and comprehensive membership services, our company will be conducting a phased upgrade of the new membership system from November 20 to November 27, 2025. During the upgrade period, some functions will be temporarily unavailable. Please take note of the following schedule:

| Phase 2 | Nov 22 (Sat) 08:00 – Nov 26 (Wed) 22:59 | The following services are temporarily unavailable: updating personal profiles (Taiwan ID/Names/Date of Birth); mileage corrections (including CI/AE-operated international flights, SkyTeam member airlines, and codeshare flights); membership card reissuance; student or working holiday verification applications; In-flight Volunteer Doctor Recruitment (TWN restricted)
