1. Please click the "Complimentary Wi-Fi Onboard Redemption" below to access the Wi-Fi redemption page. Enter your Reservation Number and Ticket Number to verify your information.

2. Once the verification is complete, a Wi-Fi voucher code will be provided.

3. When boarding, please switch your personal mobile device to flight mode, enable the Wi-Fi function, and connect to the Wi-Fi Onboard. Enter the voucher code in the "Voucher Code" field and click on "Verify Code." Once connected, you can start using your free Wi-Fi service.

Notice:
1. Infant tickets are not eligible for redemption.
2. The in-flight Wi-Fi service purchased/redeemed on A321neo aircraft is only available for use during the current flight, and any unused internet data cannot be saved.

Please switch your mobile device to "Airplane Mode", turn on the Wi-Fi function and connect to the "Wi-Fi Onboard".

Once the mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi Onboard, the Wi-Fi Onboard web page will open automatically. If unable to open the web page on your mobile device, please enter the URL https://onboard.abu.inmarsat.com.

After access to the Wi-Fi Onboard web page, please select your Wi-Fi service plan and follow the steps to input the relevant information to use your Wi-Fi service.

Q1: Which aircraft offer the Wi-Fi Onboard service?
A: Only A321neo/A350/B777 aircraft types are currently available for in-flight Wi-Fi service. For codeshare flights operated by other airlines, please check with the operating carriers for their service.
Q2: Can I use an internet telephony service (VOIP) onboard?
A: To maintain the tranquility of the cabin, voice function such as Skype cannot be used during the flight.
Q3: Can I transfer my Wi-Fi Onboard coupon to others?
A: The Wi-Fi code is not tied to a specific name, but it’s only valid on certain routes or flights. Please refer to the Wi-Fi redemption instructions and confirmation email for details.
Q4: Can the remaining data/time be used on my next flight?
A:Both purchased and complimentary Wi-Fi services are only valid on the flight sector on which the purchase or redemption was made.
Q5: Can I redeem the complimentary Wi-Fi if I use my frequent flyer milages upgrade to business class?
A: Yes.
Q6: I can't use the Wi-Fi Onboard coupon, can I refund it?
A: Please note that connectivity services may not be available on some of the flights due to the reason of weather conditions, availability of the satellite and technical issues etc, the Wi-Fi code is a promotional gift and cannot be refunded.
Q7: Can I use two different mobile devices to connect to Wi-Fi at the same time?
A: The in-flight Wi-Fi plan cannot be used on different mobile devices at the same time, but you need to log out the first device then switch to another device.  If you need to connect to multiple devices at the same time, another plan must be purchased.
Q8: Which devices can I use the Wi-Fi Onboard service on?
A: It can be used by any device that supports Wi-Fi, such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc.
Q9: Is the wireless internet service available for the entire duration of the flight?
A: To comply with the cabin electronic devices handling guideline, please switch your mobile devices into airplane mode after the cabin door is closed, and disable Wi-Fi function until the aircraft altitude reaches 10,000 feet.
Q10: Why is my connection being interrupted?
A: The Wi-Fi connection on board is transmitted via satellite. The number of users, satellite signal strength, weather, and routing may affect the internet connection.
Q11:What should I do if there is a problem with the Wi-Fi Onboard?
