“Over the counter” service charge

  1. Please be informed that, with effective for travels commencing on/after 01APR19, CI/AE worldwide airport, ticketing and reservation offices will start collecting an over counter service charge for handling different kinds of scenarios (Child/Infant discount NOT apply).  To avoiding paying this service charge, it is our recommendation that all passengers could –
    • Make contact with original ticketing travel agent for ticket reissuance if needed;
    • Make sure reservation on ticket could be updated to synchronize with new booking before going to the airport;
    • Avoid go show at the airport without any advance booking.
