To ensure passengers' health, all passengers are required to submit the Health Declaration during check-in when taking CI/AE operated flights. China Airlines introduces an electronic Health Declaration on online check-in (CI Web/APP) to save passengers' waiting time and to reduce the chance of person-to-person contact at the airport counters. After passengers log in CI Web/APP with PNR and personal data, they will be directed to a new page to complete the Health Declaration. For passengers who have completed the electronic Health Declaration on-line, there is no need to fill in a physical one at the airport counters again; as for those who do not submit yet, they can decide to either complete an electronic Health Declaration with the use of mobile device to scan a 2D-barcode to log in CI Web, or the paper Health Declaration provided by the airport counters.
Notice:
- Passengers can submit the CI Health Declaration via Web/APP from 48 hours to 1 hour prior to flight departure.
- For flights to the U.S. and GUM, due to the US Government regulations, passengers can only submit the CI Health Declaration from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to flight departure.
