If I forgot my DFP membership card number, how can I get it back?
Please select Inquiry Card No. on the Dynasty Flyer Services menu on China Airlines website. Input the required information, and we will send your membership card number to your email account; or you can contact China Airlines' membership service hotline for inquiry.
If I forgot my DFP membership password, how can I get it back?
Please select Inquiry Password on the Dynasty Flyer Services menu on China Airlines website. Input the required information, and we will send your membership card number to your email account; if you haven't registered your email account, please contact China Airlines' membership service hotline for registry.
How can I change my email address?
Members can access the Dynasty Flyer Services on China Airlines website to change their email addresses.
Not receiving verification code through Email or SMS, please refer to the following common reasons and suggestions：
● Email
- The email is considered as a spam.
(1) Check your spam or junk folders to see if our email was sent there.
(2) Cancel the spam mark for this email and restore it.
(3) Receive the verification code through SMS or China Airlines app. - The email address is a corporate email.
(1) The corporate email system may prevent external email from being received. Please use private email address only.
(2) Receive the verification code through SMS or China Airlines app.

- Weak signal or heavy traffic.
(1) Check and confirm the stable signal connection or try again later.
(2) Receive the verification code through email or China Airlines App. - The blocking apps such as whoscall have been installed or CI is on your blacklist.
(1) Ensure that CI is on the safe list.
(2) Receive the verification code through email or China Airlines App. - The receiver may reject to receive the advertising message.
(1) Check with your telecom company and confirm the function of receiving the advertising message is activated.
