COVID-19 Awards Extension to be expired after DEC. 31,2023
Published: Sep 18, 2023As China Airlines' Upgrade Awards and Ticket Awards extension policy comes to an end, all your extended Upgrade Awards and Ticket Awards due to COVID-19 will be expired after DEC 31,2023(Taipei time GMT+8 ) and cannot be extended further. Please log into your member account to check the expiration dates of all your awards.
- The notice of expiring Upgrade Awards： Please take a flight before the expiration date of your unused valid Upgrade awards.
- The notice of expiring Ticket Awards： Please issue your current valid Ticket Awards as flight tickets before the expiration date.
- Award Expiry Inquiry Methods： Log into your member account>Online Redemption>Awards and Transferred Award Details>Inquiry Year：2022>Send.
