Rail & Fly

Travel comfortable with “Deutsche Bahn” to Frankfurt airport from any DB railway station in Germany to catch your flight with China Airlines. The rail & fly service can be booked with any long haul flight on our website, in your travel agency or via our China Airlines office in Frankfurt. Please note that the Rail & Fly ticket cannot be booked later. If you wish to book your flight in combination with Rail & Fly online, please insert “RAIL-QYG-GERMANY”.


Flights with Rail & Fly 

The Rail & Fly ticket has to be printed prior to departure with DB and has to be shown upon request including a valid ID and your flight confirmation.
Print your ticket at home via the check-in site: www.accesrail.com/checkin. If you fly from/to Frankfurt you are able to print your ticket at a DB ticket machine using your provided Pickup number accordingly. Please not that your ticket can be printed earliest 72 hours prior to departure.

Print your ticket at home

Via www.accesrail.com/checkin you are able to print your train ticket if you enter your name and booking code or flight ticket number. If you lose your ticket you are able to reprint your ticket.


Pick-up DB ticket machine

If you book your Rail & Fly ticket at a travel agency or via the China Airlines reservation team you will receive 2 separate DB pick up numbers for departure and return. With these numbers you are able to pick up your Rail & Fly ticket at any DB long haul ticket machine. If you travel with several persons, each person will receive their own pick up number for departure and return. You will find “Rail & Fly” on the display under “All offers”. If the ticket has already been displayed online it is not possible to print the ticket at the DB ticket machine.


You are free to choose different ways of pickup for the return (flights from/to Germany). Pick up at DB ticket machine is not possible for the train from/to Amsterdam Schiphol.
