Stopover in Taipei

Are you traveling with China Airlines and transferring in Taipei? The night markets and Taipei's cultural heritage are waiting for you!
 
We have designed our stopover program for you: Book a Basic, Standard, or Flex round-trip ticket on our homepage by selecting the "Multi-city and Stopover" option, and enjoy a few days in Taiwan while transiting in Taipei.
 
Booking example:
You are flying Vienna-Taipei-Jakarta on the 9th of September, with returning flight on the 23rd of September. On your outbound journey, you would like to spend two days in Taipei.
 
Outbound flights:

  1. Please select your origin (From: Vienna)
  2. Please select Taipei as destination (To: Taipei)
  3. Select 9th of September as departure date
  4. Add Taipei as second origin (From: Taipei Taoyuan)
  5. Add Jakarta as second destination (To: Jakarta)
  6. Select 12th of September as departure date, as you would like to spend 2 nights in Taipei.
Please note: Your flight from Vienna departs on the 9th of September, but arrives on the 10th in Taipei!


Inbound flights:
  1. Please click the option “Add another flight”
  2. Please select Jakarta as origin (From: Jakarta)
  3. Please select Vienna as destination (To: Vienna)
  4. Please select 23rd of September as departure date

Terms and Conditions

  1. Basic Ticket (Booking classes N/H/Q/R): 120 EUR per stopover
  2. Standard Ticket (Booking classes T/V/K/A/C): 60 EUR per stopover
  3. Flex Ticket (Booking classes M/B/Y/U/W/J): Free of charge

A stopover under the above conditions is only allowed once for Standard and Basic Tickets, either during the outbound or inbound flight. 

Valid only for flights departing to/from Europe.
