Heavy rain is affecting parts of Thailand and may cause flooding in and around Bangkok. Flights to and from Bangkok remain normal but we recommend you to check Flight Status before departing for the airport.

Please follow handling procedure for passengers holding valid individual tickets issued
on/before 24 Oct  2011 for travel  to/from BKK sector between  24 Oct  2011 and 30 Nov  2011.

A. Rebooking 
 1) Passengers may re-schedule their confirmed to/from Bangkok bookings to a later date but within 
     one-month period of the original booking date.
 2) All rebooking charges incurred will be waived in this circumstance.

B. Cancellation/Refund 
 1) Full refund can be applied for to/from Bangkok tickets that are fully unused.  
 2) Partially used to/from Bangkok tickets may refund with refund value calculated as an involuntary refund case.
