Due to the earthquake/tsunami attacked Japan on 11 MAR, with immediate effect, rebooking, re-routing or refund charge will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide on/before 11 MAR 2011 which is to/from any airport or city in Japan, including Sapporo, Narita, Haneda, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, Hiroshima, Miyazaki, and Okinawa). 

For re-routing purpose, passengers can only choose to travel on another route where CI has flight operation to/from Japan, e.g. one passenger with flight coupon Narita/Taipei can take Osaka/Taipei flight with ticket re-issuance.
In case there is net fare of the original is higher than the revised routing, the difference can be refunded to passenger, but not the other way around. No extra tax difference will be collected as well. 

Above regulations are not applicable for group tickets
