Terms and conditions:
1.Request for free bus service please call China Airlines Reservations in New York City at  917-368-2003 or fax to 212- 867-3190 Monday through Friday during office hour (9:00 - 17:30 Eastern Time). To secure a confirmation for this bus service, request must be made at least 24 hours prior to CI011/012 flights departure time,  passenger's local contact number is also mandatory. To contact   China Airlines Traffic Dept. at JFK Airport in the evening for emergency, please dial 718-751-1988 on CI011/012's operating days.
2.Baggage acceptance: Economy class passenger is allowed two pieces of checked bags, ( maximum 50 lbs and 62 linear inches per piece and total length + width + height may not exceed 106 inches ), plus one carry-on baggage ( within 45 inches dimensions and 15 lbs ), paper boxes or canvas bag is not allowed.
3.China Airlines shall not be liable for any claim for a monetary refund/redeem of this free bus service, nor any claim for the loss of personal belongings on board buses. 
4.For your safety, please do not disturb/distract the driver when coach is in motion. To keep a clean and comfortable environment, no smoking or littering on board.
5.China Airlines reserves the right to decline Unaccompanied Minor/ Wheelchair/ Oxygen/Stretcher passenger. Young passenger (age 12 to 18) travels alone is on request basis.
6.This timetable is for reference only, subject to change without notice.  China Arilines also reserves the right to change the schedule and rules set for this bus service. Bus departure or arrival time at each location may be different from the time listed above. It is suggested to show up 15 to 30 minutes earlier at pick-up point before bus departing for JFK Airport.
