1. Request for bus service please contact China Airlines Reservations in New York City 24 hours prior to CI011/012 flights departure time, ( Tel: 917-368-2003, or Fax : 212- 867-3190 ), during office hour Monday through Friday. On Saturdays/Sundays and holidays, please contact China Airlines Traffic Dept. at JFK Airport, Tel: 718-751-1988, Fax: 718-751-1986 for emergency. To secure a confirmation for this free bus service, passenger¡¦s local contact number is mandatory.
2. Baggage acceptance: 2 pieces of checked bags ( maximum 70 lbs and 62 linear inches per piece and total length + width + height may not exceed 106 inches ) and 1carry-on baggage ( within 45 inches dimensions and 15 lbs ) is allowed. To ensure the safety and the comfort of this bus service, box without handle or canvas bag is not allowed.
3. China Airlines shall not be liable for any claim for a monetary refund/redeem of this free bus service, nor any claim for the loss of personal belongings on board buses. To provide a clean and comfortable environment, littering on board is not allowed, please keep the garbage in the trash bag, or subject to be fined by bus driver.
4. For your safety, please do not disturb/distract the driver when coach is in motion. To keep a clean and comfortable environment, no smoking or littering on board.
5. China Airlines reserves the right to decline Unaccompanied Minor/Wheelchair/Oxygen/ Stretcher passenger and passenger who is holding U.S. Immigrant visa for the first time entry. Young passenger (age 12 to 18) travels alone is on request basis.
6. This timetable is for reference only, subject to change without notice. Bus departure or arrival time at each location may be different from the time listed above. Passengers are requested to show up 30 minutes earlier before bus departing for JFK Airport.
