China Airlines Changes Check-in Counter at Narita,and Moves to Terminal 2 at Ho Chi Minh City Airport

September 12, 2007, Taipei, Taiwan ˇV China Airlines will temporarily change check-in counters at Narita Airport near Tokyo, to accommodate the refurbishment of the facility, and will switch to the brand-new Terminal 2 at Ho Chi Minh City International Airport. Both moves will provide CAL passengers with more convenient service.

China Airlines moved its check-in desks to Counter W at Narita International Airport on August 21, and will use that counter through the middle of December 2007. Further information is available on the flight information board at the airport, or the check-in counter information displays on the day of the flight, or from the China Airlines Customer Service Center.

Beginning on September 1, China Airlines flights to and from Ho Chi Minh City were moved to the airportˇ¦s new Terminal 2. This will provide China Airlines passengers with better quality service, and allow them to utilize the new terminal facilities. From now on, Terminal 2 will serve international flights and Terminal 1 will serve domestic flights.

The China Airlines check-in counter is located at counter H, and CI 9026, a code-share with Vietnam Airlines, is located at counter A in Terminal 2. The Orchid Lounge, located near Gate 9, is open, and serves China Airlinesˇ¦ Paragon, Emerald, and Gold card members, and its Dynasty Class passengers.
