Come Closer For An Insight Of China Airlines
THE RESUMPTION OF CHINA AIRLINES TRANS-PACIFIC FLIGHT
September 15, 2001, Taipei, Taiwan ? China Airlines confirmed that it has received FAA approval for Trans-Pacific flights resumption. All China Airlines' US- and Canada-bound passenger and cargo flights resume normal operations on September 15.

One fully-loaded China Airlines' cargo flight with 210,000 pound electronic goods, CI 228, for Miami and Chicago O'Hare was the first flight of Taiwanese-registered carriers for US departed at 6:00 am today. In addition, China Airlines will operate 6 flights for US and Canada on September 15. CI 032 for Vancouver, departing at 2:10 PM will be the first Trans-Pacific passenger flight out of all Taiwanese-registered carriers. Passenger flights and schedules are as follow:

In addition to 6 passenger flights for Trans-Pacific service on September 15, China Airlines also operates 7 all-cargo flights for 9 US cities Anchorage, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York(JFK), and Seattle.

China Airlines recommends that all passengers traveling to US and Canada should check-in at least 3 hours prior to flight departure since more intensive security procedure is implemented. Passengers can also maintain contact with China Airlines through the following access.
