To protect member's personal data and privilege, members or their trustee who want to print their mileage history or redemption record beyond one-year period, are requested to sign/fill out an application form and provide member's passport copy or certificate of entrustment to China Airlines' counter or fax these documents to systemwide China Airlines' DFP service hotlines for further handling.

E-Summary
Monthly personal electronic mileage summaries will be sent whenever new mileage has been credited or awards redeemed. Members receiving mileage summaries via e-mail will no longer receive statements via post. (China Airlines will send electronic mileage summaries to members indicating on their Dynasty Flyer Program application a preference to receive mileage summaries via e-mail).

Mileage Summary
Mileage Summary: Paper mileage summary will be issued 2 times a year. It will be mailed in every Jun. and Dec. to members who have earned or redeemed mileage during the previous 6 months.

Members may register on China Airlines' Website or notify China Airlines by phone to receive a personal mileage summary via e-mail.
