In order to reflect China Airlines' fuel cost, please kindly be informed that China Airlines will increase the fuel surcharge for all shipments ex-Taiwan effective from 16 APR, 2008, which is based on China Airlines’ fuel price index (FPI) 541 and China Airlines’" Cargo Fuel Surcharge Mechanism  from Taiwan" filed to Civil Aeronautics Administration. Details are as below: 

Area I, II: TWD 41/KG

Area III :  TWD 16/KG
