In order to offer you our best possible service, we have taken the initiative to specially design this questionnaire for you to offer us your most precious opinion in terms of your evaluation and suggestions towards China Airlines' cargo service. The questionnaire will be sent electronically by e-mail to our customers starting from 03 Oct. 2005. China Airlines will be drawing lots when the survey is completed and each of the three lucky winners will be rewarded one round trip business class tickets between Taipei and one of any CI’s on-line stations.
