| To comply with the new rule of the United States Bureau of Customs and Border Protection(CBP) that all US. bound shipments need to present complete MAWB/HAWB data to CBP via AAMS 4hours prior the flight arrive at the first port. All CI flights no matter Passenger or Cargo Freighter will apply the phase III rule which will be implemented from December 13,2004. To make sure all presented data transmission via AAMS accurately and completely, CI hereby announce the standard FHL message specification for reference and handle accordingly.
